You Need To Come In.

Some men really know how to be annoying. Really, really annoying.

I have dealt with military types before. In fact, I was one of those military types once upon a time, that didn't make it less irritating to be treated this way.

“You are sure they are safe in there,” Major Underwood of Delta Force asked for the hundredth time.

I get it, he was worried, hell I was also worried regardless of the assurance I had in my powers. His buddies from squad two had just gone in with the bomb squad guys and he deserved all the rights to be worried, but what he didn't deserve was the right to be nagging me.

“You could go check in on them if you want to,” I responded only to receive a glare.

I'd managed to put an anti-chronic field around everyone that went in so that they wouldn't be affected by the paused time but not everyone went in.
