Max.
The day has begun, just like any other day. I was sitting in my office, looking out at the large glass windows that provided a view of the city.
Different thoughts are running in my memory this morning. The morning light poured over the skyline, yet my thoughts wandered.
Typically, I would begin the day overwhelmed with paperwork, sending emails, and issuing commands to my team, but things felt different this time. I have changed now.
The function of therapy has helped me to know how to take it easy, to breathe, and to stop allowing changes to control my every action.
For the first time, I felt as though the world was not weighing heavily on me. I was able to inhale. I was capable of concentrating.
And the tranquility endured for just five minutes.
The moment has changed completely and things were not going the same as before. I can say to myself that I was truly transformed.
