Two months had passed since Natalia's scheming with Vincent unfolded, and she was now standing in front of Allesandro at his office.
"You said the car would be ready," she said, her voice sharp, as she crossed her arms. "It's two months now. I need it."
Allesandro leaned back in his chair, staring at her with a mixture of amusement and disdain. "You know, Natalia," he said slowly, "you're really something. Aren't you in love with Li Ambrose now? Why are you still bothering me?"
Natalia's eyes narrowed as she tried to keep her composure. "What are you talking about?" she replied, trying to hide the panic in her voice.
Allesandro smirked, his gaze unwavering. "Don't act like you don't know," he said. "I swapped your drink the night you thought we'll sleep together. I never touched you. I just took off your clothes and let you doze off. The next morning, you woke up thinking it happened, and I just played along."
