Mom: I really don't want to talk about this. It was very brutal. 


Elician: Please, Mommy, I really want to know what happened. 


Mom became silent, allowing her mind to replay the dream. In the dream, she had been kidnapped by some weird creatures. They all had reddish-brown skin. Some of them had horns, while others had tails. They looked like animals, but all of them could talk. The only word that could describe them was monsters. Maybe demons, perhaps. 


"You gave birth to a devil. You will pay for that," one of them said. 


"What do you mean a devil? I gave birth to two sons; my husband took one, and I took one. Which one do you mean? The one with me or the one with my husband?" Mom had asked in the dream. 


"All of them are devils. I will punish you for that." After saying that, one of the demons slit her throat open with his claws.
