Chapter 33.

As the chariot maneuvered through the city, Elician was still wondering how he would train. He had never done so before. How would he train?

Soon the chariot reached their house. Getting off the chariot, Mom paid the driver while she gave a little amount of money to the kind stranger who had spent his time escorting them. He was hesitant at first, but after some persuasion, he accepted the money. They walked gracefully as they entered their house.

It was at that moment that Mom recalled the incident that had happened earlier that day. She remembered having a wound on her hand, but after she blacked out and woke up, the wound had vanished completely.

Elician: Mom…

Mom: Yes?

Elician: Do you believe that you are no longer going to die?

Mom: Oh, come on, Elician, have some faith. The gods are going to protect me.

Elician: So, does it mean you are not going to any temples from now on?
