Soren pushed himself up from the ground. He hissed as he clutched his stomach. The radiating pain confirmed what he already knew. His ribs were broken.
Xion was too ruthless. But where had he gotten so much power? How could he have become this strong in such a short time?
He wiped the blood from his lips with the back of his hand. His golden hair, which usually shone like the sun, was matted with mud.
Even his noble features had twisted into something more monstrous. His light blue eyes burned with barely contained fury.
"You think just because you have that devil's support, you can jump around?" Soren snarled.
Xion barely had time to react before Soren's mana surged dangerously.
