"I've heard you tried to run away."
Darius gently caressed Xion's pale cheek, "That must be a lie... After all, I've given you things even the royal family can't have. Isn't that right, my dear healer?"
Xion gulped when Darius's thumb brushed his lower lip as a chilling smirk remained on his handsome face.
"I-I think I should leave, Your Grace. I've overstayed my welcome..."
The room grew cold, and struggling Xion shivered.
Darius's green eyes dimmed before lighting up with a dangerous glint.
Xion felt a pit growing in his stomach when he saw the deranged archduke smile. Darius never smiled. And whenever he did, it only meant trouble.
"You're right," Darius said calmly. "So, let's get married."
Xion "...!!!!"
This story is absolutely a must read! Just from the first five chapters I got sucked in and binged all of it til the last update (which is chapter 19 at this time of my review) which for me, is a banger. The story so far has excellent writing; not at all, if any misspellings. The characters are nice and detailed down too their personality. There's a good start on world background I can't wait too see more of. It is sad in some occasions, but this is a dark novel, so don't expect not too cry in those moments . The updates on this novel are daily(at this time I'm writing this review) Overall I can't wait too see where this goes and will do another review when the novel goes further! I won't spoil anything in this review. Just read it and get sucked into it lime I was LMAO!

I freaking love this book so much!!!! Xion is so adorable. A literal fluff ball.🤩 My sunshine baby. He ain't dumb like the other protagonists which are common in the type of novels. As for male lead... he is hot 🔥 😆 and with the way things are proceeding he sure gonna be hella possessive over Xion😏, and not in a bad way. Ray is funny 😂. The writing, the characters, the world building... everything is a chef's kiss 😻. It is so beautifully written that you will end up craving for more.
The problem with this story is slow updates!!!! And author is updating everyday....

Talk about page turner! As someone has already said this is so beautifully written that you crave more with each chapter! The characters, even the side characters have their own lives and the author has done an excellent job at making them real. You can literally imagine how Ray will react to Xion's blunder or how Allen and Nazia will handle things. Darius, the ML is unpredictable! Like really unpredictable. You can't guess his thoughts other than that he is amused by our adorable bunny Xion!

this story is so well written. Each character is complex and well developed. Even more importantly, they are funny. The MC is an excellent mix of sass and delightful innocence. The ML does a good job at towing the line between obsessive devotion, and respectful care. So far, there hasn't really been any of the toxic pitfalls that you usually see in this kind of trope. Overall: 10/10 a good read

I really enjoy this novel and I consider myself pretty picky about what I read! I love all the characters and the writing style is so fluid. The dynamic between the main character and the male lead has such a nice development. It has frequent chapter releases and I get excited every time I see the notification! Overall, I recommend reading this.

This is too cuteeee! The updates are daily so I always have something to look foreward at the end of the day, the plot is intriguing and dont get me started on how i cried during some scenes (from laughing and crying). The character designs are unique in their own way too. We have the classic obssessed Duke and an adorable weirdo. The quality of writing could improve in some aspects but otherwise its a rly nice read!
