Galactic Patrol Headquarters---
Jaco burst into the headquarters, his heart pounding in his chest.
"Jaco, what's with the rush? Why do you look like you've seen a ghost?" A nearby Galactic Patrol officer, startled by his urgency, called out.
But Jaco didn't stop. He sprinted straight toward the heart of the headquarters.
His sudden intrusion disrupted a high-level meeting among elite Galactic Patrol officers, who had been deep in discussion about their latest missions.
"Jaco!" One of them frowned, turning toward him.
"What's going on? Did something happen?" Another officer, a short-statured alien with green hair and purple skin, leaned forward, eyes full of concern.
"Something huge just happened!" Jaco gasped, trying to catch his breath.
"What is it?" The first officer pressed, while the others turned their attention to Jaco, waiting for an explanation.
"Listen up." Jaco took a moment to compose himself before delivering the shocking news.
"Huh?!"
"What did you just say?!"
Gasps filled the room as Jaco's words sank in. Some officers even shot up from their seats, their faces frozen in disbelief.
"Jaco, are you messing with us?" The first officer couldn't help but ask again, his voice tinged with suspicion.
What Jaco had just revealed was beyond belief: The Saiyans wanted to join the Galactic Patrol.
It sounded like a cosmic joke.
The Saiyans— what were they? They are a race of warriors infamous for their brutality. For years, they had fought under Frieza's banner, leaving destruction in their wake across countless planets.
The Galactic Patrol, on the other hand, stood for justice and peace across the universe. To think that Saiyans would want to be part of them— it was absurd.
"Lab, I'm not mistaken."
"This is what the Saiyans on Earth told me directly. They claim Planet Vegeta was destroyed, and only a handful of them remain. More importantly, they were Frieza's loyal subordinates, conquering worlds, only to be betrayed and wiped out by him. Now, they want a new path. They've heard of the Galactic Patrol's mission and wish to be a part of it."
Jaco's voice steadied as he relayed the information.
"This…"
The officers exchanged uneasy glances, their frowns deepening.
Jiang Chen's reasoning made sense.
Yet, despite Jaco's insistence, skepticism filled the air.
"Hmph, after all the havoc the Saiyans have wreaked, now they want to join the Galactic Patrol? I'd wager they're just trying to escape Frieza's wrath."
A voice rang out, drawing all eyes toward the speaker.
Realizing the weight of his words, the officer quickly added, "Even if they are fleeing Frieza, the Galactic Patrol doesn't have the power to protect them from him."
Even as he spoke, he scoffed.
"And let's assume they're not running from Frieza— how can we trust them? They could be infiltrating us, plotting to break their comrades out of the Galactic Prison."
His words, though calm, carried weight.
The room fell into a pensive silence.
Allowing the Saiyans to join without thorough scrutiny could spell disaster. If things went south, the entire Galactic Patrol could suffer.
Especially since the Galactic Prison held a terrifying force within its walls.
If anything went wrong, all of Universe 7 could be at risk.
"Everyone, I believe we should give the Saiyans a chance. After Planet Vegeta's destruction, they might have truly changed."
"And if it's only the remaining few, I can personally oversee their integration."
Amidst the silence, the white-haired officer spoke up.
"Merus, this isn't a decision to take lightly. Those Saiyans are unpredictable. If they have hidden motives, it could lead to a catastrophe."
Another officer interjected, voice laced with doubt.
"I see no issue with it. Our Galactic Patrol is severely understaffed. Letting the Saiyans join could be an advantage. If they step out of line, I'll handle them myself."
The debate continued with tension thick in the air.
Then, a voice from the far end of the room broke through.
"Sealas!"
The room fell silent. Everyone turned to the speaker, eyebrows raised— including Jaco.
Sealas was the strongest member of the Galactic Patrol, a warrior of unparalleled skill.
"Then it's settled."
"Jaco, you're in charge of bringing them in."
After a moment of heavy silence, the head officer made the final call.
"Understood!" Jaco nodded firmly, determination flashing in his eyes.
With that, the meeting resumed, and Jaco swiftly departed.

One day later…
Jiang Chen received a message.
"Aspara, Galactic Patrol Headquarters has approved your application. How soon can you reach us?" Jaco's voice came through the communicator, cautious yet hopeful.
"One month. At most, I'll need a month to arrive." Jiang Chen checked the star map and confirmed.
Due to Frieza's influence, Galactic Patrol Headquarters was located in the western part of the North Area, relatively close to Earth.
With his ship's speed, the journey wouldn't take longer than a month.
As for instant teleportation…
First, the distance was immense. Second, he lacked any familiar energy signatures at the Galactic Patrol, making it impossible to use.
"One month? Understood. Please get here as soon as possible!" Jaco's voice carried a trace of unease.
Even though Jiang Chen was about to become his colleague, Jaco couldn't shake his apprehension about the Saiyans.
"Thanks."
Jiang Chen expressed his gratitude, somewhat surprised at how smoothly things had gone.
He had anticipated resistance, even prepared for it.
Yet, it turned out none of those precautions were necessary.
"There's no need to thank me!" Jaco responded hastily, still slightly uneasy.
Jiang Chen simply smiled and ended the communication.
"Galactic Patrol… Merus…"
He muttered to himself with a glint of anticipation in his eyes.

A few days later…
At Jiang Chen's call, a group gathered.
Raditz, Celipa, Toma, Toteppo, Panbukin, Nappa, and Sun Goku all arrived, standing together as they prepared for the journey ahead.
Tights and Bulma insisted on joining as well.
Initially, Jiang Chen didn't plan to bring Nappa and Sun Goku, but after some thought, he decided it was best for everyone to act together.
After all, aside from honing their warrior spirit, Saiyans thrived in battle.
On Earth, Sun Goku's strength had reached impressive heights, and he needed worthy challenges to continue growing.
This was the perfect opportunity.
Seven days later, a massive spaceship soared into the sky, heading straight for Galactic Patrol Headquarters.
…
One month later, the group arrived at Galactic Patrol Headquarters, nestled in a quiet sector of space in the western part of the North Area.
A colossal station loomed before them, its vast structure radiating an air of authority.
The massive spaceship docked smoothly.
Jiang Chen and his companions officially stepped into Galactic Patrol Headquarters.
As soon as they entered, Jaco rushed over to greet them. However, upon seeing Jiang Chen and the others, Jaco paused, momentarily taken aback.
At that moment, Jiang Chen, Raditz, and the others were cloaked in white robes, concealing their Saiyan features.
Jaco almost didn't recognize them.
"What's with the robes?" Jaco instinctively asked, curiosity piqued.
"Jaco, you know the Saiyans have a notorious reputation. For now, it's best to keep a low profile," Jiang Chen explained with a grin.
"I see! Aspara, please follow me." Jaco, still surprised, gestured for them to come along.
"Thank you!" Jiang Chen nodded, leading Raditz and the others deeper into Galactic Patrol Headquarters.
