On Christmas night, I experienced frequent contractions, signaling premature labor.
I called 99 times, but Xavion, my boyfriend of seven years, never answered.
Until the last call, when his secretary Melody picked up.
Her voice was sultry as she cuddled up to Xavion, completely disregarding that I could hear:
"Xavion, I'm carrying your baby. What are we going to do?"
Tears streaming down my face, I looked at the doctor.
"This child, I want to terminate it right now. I don't want it anymore."

On Christmas Eve, I terminated my pregnancy at seven months

He hated himself for not holding onto me back then, for not believing in me.


He pulled out his phone, wanting to ask his friends again if they had any news of me, but saw a text message pop up on his screen.


"Xavion, I'm pregnant! If you don't marry me, I'll make a big scene!"


Xavion gritted his teeth in anger. He immediately booked a flight back to Hangville and dragged Melody to the hospital.


"You bitch! How dare you get pregnant behind my back!" Xavion roared.


Melody cried pitifully, "Xavion, this baby is yours! You can't abandon me!"


Xavion slapped her hard across the face, "Take care of you? Who's taking care of me? Jade is gone! Are you satisfied now?"


Melody covered her face, crying even harder, "Xavion, you're hitting me because of Jade? What's so great about her?"


Xavion glared at her and dragged her towards the operating room, "This baby can't be kept!"


Melody struggled and shouted, "Xavion! Let go of me! I'll sue you!"
