One For All And All For One

Moments passed by, and no one had dared go first but their interest in the topic was massive. Both of the shorter girls wish to know about Lucia's love life, and Lucia is especially curious about Priscilla's type. Kat however had the most secrets to hide among them.

The food they had ordered had quickly vanished from the table, and only the wrappers remained to tell of its massacre. By that point the two grown women had consumed two bottles of their respective alcohol of choice, the cups had fallen on the ground and shattered against the floor with the little rumba struggling to pick up the large glass shards. Priscilla's eyes were glued on her bottomless glass of dark soda, the bubbles jumping up against her face.

'I-I will begin then.' Kat raised her little thin arm into the air, taking another swig of her drink before slamming a new glass on the table. 'There is this guy..'

Both of them gasped. 'A GUY?'

'Yes, a guy..he is a little younger than me. We met recently at a carnival down the country, I managed to get his number and we have called several times already! Eeepp!!' Kat sat into her little bean bag chair, kicking her feet like an adolescent teen. Priscilla watched confused at what the big fuss was over just a couple of calls.

'And uhmmmm. Well, we even have our first date planned soon. He wanted to take me to the Alps for a skiing trip!' Isn't that exciting?'

'You and your skiing, why not part takes in something more ladylike, perhaps taking a trip into the woods with a rifle and he hunts that night's dinner while protecting you from potential intruders! That sounds more like a great date.' Lucia puffed her chest out proudly believing her opinion was correct.

'We don't live in the Middle Ages anymore, and you think I of all people am a damsel in distress? Don't forget who showed you most of your defensive spells. A skiing trip is great, I get to act like I don't know what I am doing and get some ''hands-on'' training.' She winked at Priscilla.

'Fine then, I guess it's my turn then. Well, it happens I haven't been speaking to anyone lately. The last time was probably around seventy years ago. So I don't have much gossip.' She touched her fingers together while looking away.

'Bitch you ain't pulling that card- I mean, Lucia my dear friend, please tell me about your dating life from those years then.' Kat's anger spike quelled quickly, dropping back down into her comfy bean bag.

'Sheesh, nothing gets past you. Whatever, alright so his name was Edward, he was a kind of a big dreamer who had moved to Hollywood in search of acting work. A real handsome face you know, perfect for rid-'

'LUCIA!!! There is a child here.' Kat's long spear had materialised from thin air to poke a little hole in Lucia's leg.

'Sorry Pris. So basically we met at a bar in the area, some bikers were beating him up because he stood up to them when they had been harassing some poor woman. A bunch of nasty guys, like I know bikers are normally kind but these ones were some of the worst. Regardless, they might have poofed out of there and were never heard of again, even their bikes were gone which was strange.' Lucia winked at Priscilla who shook her head in disappointment.

'Anyway, we ended up dating for a while, he was a real kind guy but that ended up being his undoing. Even when it came to making money he had given up most of his salaries to churches and non-profits. But I took care of him when he had no money from his acting, I am not so cold-hearted. See?' She smiled warmly at Priscilla who was not buying a single second of it. 'Eventually, however, he passed away from cancer. I was surprisingly quite upset with it, not like the other ones I have had. I could've cured it, but he is mortal for a reason, the supernatural and natural should not mix.' She shrugged her shoulders like it no longer bothered her, but Priscilla's mind flashed back to the aeroplane when She appeared very visibly shaken. Lucia was not entirely heartless, even her impure heart could feel compassion and love for someone, and in the worst scenarios, she could even grieve.

'Wait so you can cure cancer?!' Priscilla sat up, alarmed by what she said.

'Well, not just cancer, pretty much any illness or disease. We rarely do unless it threatens to eliminate most normal humans like the black plague. You think that just died out by itself?'

'If you can do this much then why not help others?! There are families grieving over lost children, fathers, mothers, uncles, aunties, and grandparents and you who have the power to change all of that choose to sit back and take no action? If that is the kind of witch you are then I don't need you. Any of you.' Priscilla clicked her fingers summoning her broom and blasting through the thin window frame, flying high into the Parisian night sky.

'That little bitch...'

'She didn't tell us about her love life!'
