Chapter Twenty Six: Second Phase of the Attack (2)

"What the ..." Lours muttered to himself in shock. He had seen Zhen before but that was only as a photo shown to him by Druwex when they planned to inform him of who was going to kill his son. He heard that Zhen was a mastermind of his own who killed and did a great and impossible things.

"So you are the mighty Zhen that rumours have carried as the solo killer right? Ohh! Sorry , you and your brother. Where us your brother , Clen." Lours asked. A flood of rage electrified my body and I found my panting becoming heavy.

"You leave Clen alone. What do you want? Why is Solomon Wroth Wis chasing after me?" I asked in frustration.

"Hahaha. There goes the little boy pleading for mercy. The brave fighter is begging for mercy. He is succumbing to the power of Solomon. Such a shame." Druwex mocked. I stared at him with anger flooding through my spine.

"I was not begging or pleading for mercy rather I was asking a simple dialogue question that I expect you fucker to answer with no problem . Now I will ask again, why is Solomon Wroth Wis after my life and that of my family?" I asked simply. Druwex smiled.

"Because your time has come to pay for your wrong doings. The time has come for you to feel the pain caused by killing people's loved ones." Lours said with disgust . I looked at him with a sense irony in it. Was he crazy?

"You killed your son and you speak of pain that I cause? You sold your son's life for something irrelevant and cruel. Men like you should not be trusted with any thing. You should be despised by all men and you are not a trust worthy human , I must say." I said and Lours grinned wickedly at me but I was not intimidated by that. He wanted to move but due to the weapons around him, he was still.

"Mr Zhen , what brings you here?" Druwex asked with prude in his voice. I smiled at him.

"Few things. Few things , Druwex." I said in a deep tone. My voice echoed in the room and the thirteen beings here where all looking at me.

"Few things you say Mr Zhen? What could they be?" Druwex asked with a slight sense if mockery in it. "Prehaps to save your peasant girlfriend from us?" Druwex asked mockingly.

I gasped in shock at his statement. What was he saying? This was a real joke and he was sure about it. There was no way they followed him. That was impossible.

"What do you mean by that?" I asked as I wanted a negative reply to my thoughts.

"Your friend , Laras gave us the information for one hundred dollars. And eight now , both your sister and lover are going into the hands of your enemy, Solomon Wroth Wis." Druwex explained. Shock etched through my face and I could practically feel it dropping.

Fear and anger surged through me and I charged at Druwex immediately but the tough girl came in between my sword and his body with her penknife.

"Aishen. Kill him." Druwex said to the tough girl. My eyes widened at the statement.

She pushed me backwards with her penknife and charged at me with her primary weapon. She waves at my face but I ducked below the attack.

Slam!

My face crashed against her powerful knee. The impact was terrifying and my blood sprouted. Damn it! This girl was not going to injure me again.

I stumbled backwards. She pressed further but her metal was caught with mine. I looked at her determined. This was no longer a matter of not killing a lady. She wanted me dead. I had to fight back at her or else I was going to get killed by a stupid lady. I charged on. With a single swip , she brought me down to the ground forcing me to crash against the head floor and inserting her penknife sharply in my left arm. I screamed in pain and agony.

"Get the document signed you idiot!" Druwex thundered at Lours. Lours smiled at him . Druwex frowned.

"What's with that smile?" Druwex asked but Lours simply laughed. "Give him a treaty." Druwex ordered.

Two goons got hold of his two arms while a third goon inserted his short sword into Lours shoulder. His blood sprouted quickly as he screamed in pain. Druwex smiled to himself. This was a fine work of his. He usually tormented people to succumb to his wishes.

"Now are you going to sign the damn document?" Druwex asked buy Lours laughed on still. Druwex looked at him in fear. It seemed like Lours was insane. Why the fuck was he laughing?

I looked up at Aishen. She was kind of too strong. She was too athletic to be just a goon. I stared at her and it was then that I saw it— she had a sign on her left cheek. I gulped. She was from the Assassin Club. Not just was she from the Assassin Club but she was a third grade assassin.

I was once from the Assassin Club but I quoted them after I did something that nearly took my life. That was six years ago. I was a second class then. The Assassin Club ranked their army if assassins according to their capabilities from one to five. One being the least class while five was the most powerful.

Aishen was two steps to being a legendary assassin. The females of the Assassin Club were tattooed on their cheek while the males were tattooed on their chest. The tattooed reflected the rank of the assassin by the number of lines on the body. Her's was three , signifying the third rank of the Assassin Club. Damn! This was not good. I was not sure I was up the third rank of the Assassin Club.

I charged at her nevertheless and struck my sword at her but she caught my hand and unarmed me with an ease that I was scared of. She then struck her penknife into my left arm. I screamed in pain as I moved backwards to the middle of the room. I looked at Lours who was speaking to Druwex.

"You think I was a fool taking you to my hone for the meeting? You think I let my son get killed for nothing? You are a fool." Lours said and pushed the two goons holding his arms away and rushed to the escape route door. He pushed it open but it did not open. His struggles were in vain and I smiled at myself.

That smile did not last long as Aishen kicked my face and I vomited blood due to impact.

"What the..." Lours muttered and Druwex laughed happily.

"You sleazy bitch, you have nowhere to escape from me." Druwex said. "Kill him!" Druwex ordered. He knew that Druwex was never going to sign the deal but it had also been planned. He would come out to the press to tell them that the huge money paid into Lours' account was for the industry. He would lie to them.

I struggled to my feet and fury flared in my eyes as I looked at both Druwex Spenter, Lours Catwit and Aishen. They were my primary enemies here. Then the thought of what Druwex had said about my family's security sent a shiver of anger through me.

I moved my leg recklessly on the floor beneath me as if I was searching for something.

"What the fuck are you doing?" Aishen asked but I smiled genuinely.

Within the next few seconds. The floor opened and I got swallowed in it. Everyone turned to look at me amazed of Lours security. This was Lours actual plan but it seemed like I acted faster than he did. I waved at him before getting in. The floor shut closed. The security type was uni and it could only contain one person.

"Why did he get in there?" Druwex asked.

"Sir , because of that?" a goon asked in fear as he pointed at a bomb that I had set. The floor was a bullet proof and I had hacked into Lours building to know all these.

3... 2.... 1.... the bomb clicked.

"Everyone run!!"

They all scattered about, looking for where to run to but the emergency escape route door was locked.

BOOOOM!!!!!

The entire building exploded and it cane down upon the victims. I smiled as I was underneath them. The explosion was brutal and everyone died here.

After a few minutes , I struggled out of the the underground square. I looked around looking for Lours body which I saw close to the escape route door. Water was slow entering into to the house.

I looked out for Druwex and i saw him crushed in-between stones and blocks. His head was partially chopped off.

Then I looked around for Aishen but saw no-one that looked like her. She had escaped. Damn! She was good. She could escape. My mind was at rest. Druwex Spenter was dead and so was the evil of a father, Lours Catwit . But as soon as I remembered my sister and Sophie, I rushed out of the house. I was not to be spotted here to avoid unnecessary questions.

This was becoming very tactical and if I made a mistake, I could see myself defeated by Solomon Wroth Wis. I sighed in exhaustion and worry.
