Chapter-22: Slytherin girl's gang was silent instead of commenting

"Enemies of the Heir, beware! You'll be next, Mud bloods!"

Daphne did not say anything and the girls following pansy also did not say anything about this matter because Daphne gestured them to stay silent. At that time they wanted to talk to Daphne because they found that Daphne actually found something.

Also Daphne would not act immediately and she has to wait for while to have the first human victim to act. Only this was she can maximize the benefits and she can gain great fame.

But Daphne cannot blame them for their thoughts of not adopting an orphan because taking care of a pet can at least give you a loyal pet which is equal to the cost. But taking care of an orphan might not give you the same results.

This orphan might try to kill your descendents and snatch your wealth for himself. They might get angry with humans making you the first victim in their hands. Similarly many bad incidents can happen.

But there are good incidents as well where the orphan becomes a good person taking care of the old that adopted them in later days. Still this kind of cases is relatively small and nonexistent.

This is because human nature is inherently evil and they would usually consider interests over the kindness they received. Daphne did not think about it more and returned to her dorm room.

Soon her room was filled with other women from Slytherin in the girl's gang of pansy. They wanted to know what Daphne found. Naturally they know that Daphne has been recording the things and sending them to Rita Skeeter.

Since it is in line with their interests they are more than willing to keep their mouths shut about this matter. Naturally they want to know the first hand information. So they all came to Daphne to know what happened.

If they have special hobbies and are resentful towards the pure blooded people as well then the situation would turn for the worst. We can also become the cannon fodder in the hands of the beast from the chamber of secrets.

It is best to shut your mouths and observe the situation first. It is not too late to comment in the paper after I solve this case. You want this Girl's gang to have some fame right. Then I will give you fame later. 

You will all follow me and solve this case. By the way I heard that a death has happed 50 year ago which is the same situation as right now. It is because of the opening of chamber of secrets.

The victim is actually the ghost in the women's washroom of the second floor called "moaning myrtle". She die 50 years ago and she is staying there as a ghost. This means that there is something dangerous here and we don't know if this new heir of Slytherin can actually control it properly."

With her words the faces of girls changed many shades and they quickly made the discussion on what to do next. Daphne made many suggestions likes not to go the washrooms of Hogwarts but can go to the washrooms at their dorms.

Also she suggested that they would go in pairs to avoid being attacked by anyone or anything suddenly. They discussed it for a while when Daphne brought out some food for them to eat. It was all deserts that she got before leaving the great hall.

Naturally those girls did not complete eating and the deserts filled their stomach. Then they left back to their rooms to rest. Daphne on the other hand made few more plans and did not reveal the origin of the beast or anything about it.

Daphne doesn't have to wait for long before she can get the right chance to show her capabilities. She is going to create a commotion that would directly to cancel the studies this year for all the students because of the existence of the dangerous beast.

Those people would not dare to send their students to Hogwarts where there is a death threat with some strange beast like basilisk roaming around Hogwarts as if it was its own playground. She just has to wait till November 8th when Colin would be petrified.
