A young man named Joe just wanted to enjoy his year-long holiday. No obligations or commitments. Just him and his backpack as he walked from town to town. But when he encountered the Legendary Raikou and learned it was being controlled, he couldn't sit back and do nothing. His vacation could wait. He wanted to fight back and save Raikou.



During his adventure, he realised there was more to his past than he thought. He gave up on finding answers once. He won't back down again.
