The rest of the night went smoothly.

Raph and I shared a knowing glance at each other after hearing Pru's comment but left it alone.

Noah drove Pru back into town and got her a room at one of the hotels.

He said he needed to spend the night at home, so that left Raph and me alone for the night.

"This is nice," Raph said, shimming down into his briefs.

I know that Raph didn't understand what I did, but there was no way I could sleep in my room with the layer of black dust covering it.

"I'll behave," Raph says with a smile as I hesitate to get into my pajamas.

"Just let me watch," he says with a different smile I know too well.

"Raph, I'm tired, and you're gorgeous." I smile, feeling our bond heavier than before.

We really haven't had any alone time this way, and it's making my knees feel weak.
