~{INGRID'S POV}~
*
On arrival at the cemetery, Matthew quickly moved close since it was still dug open and the inside was dark, making one know how deep it was.
"Are you thinking of going in there?"
At Toby's question, Matthew shook his head.
"Not at all, I'm thinking of a way to draw Logan out," he said.
"And what makes you think he's inside there?" I asked because I doubted it.
"I'm just certain. Try calling him again Frances," he said.
For a moment I didn't want to but I had to.
"Logan?"
And like before, nothing happened.
"Is he angry with you?" Toby asked while frowning in suspicion.
"I don't know," I answered.
And while we were trying to figure out how to lure him out, someone appeared in our midst. At first I thought it was Logan until I saw his full form and instinctively took a step back in dread.
"Frances," he called my name before shifting his face to the other two, "Matthew and Toby."
"Officer Greene," Toby softly called his name in fear.
"The three of you should come with me," he said and approached me first.
When I was about to take a step back, he threw me a warning glare and handcuffs appeared in his hand. But they weren't ordinary handcuffs, rather, they were cell neutralizers. They could numb one's ability.
And the moment he placed the cuffs around my wrists, I suddenly felt weak and he moved to the others and did likewise.
"Not only did you all cause chaos to our land but you all practiced forbidden things," he said and my eyes went wide in horror.
"But we-"
Before Matthew could say what he wanted, Mr Greene threw him a warning stare.
"Where are the others?" He demanded.
"Luke was taken but the others are at Rene's apartment," Toby answered.
"Luke was taken? By what or who?" Mr Greene asked as his brows furrowed in curiosity.
"By Logan," Matthew answered and I watched to see any reaction but Mr Greene remained calm, like it didn't bother him.
"The three of you are coming with me to the industry," he declared.

~{LUKE POV}~
Opening my eyes, I slowly looked around in fright wondering if I had died.
But as if letting me know I was truly alive, I found Logan seated close to a desk as he wrote down something.
We were back in his cave and this time I didn't feel like confronting him anymore.
"Awake?"
He calmly asked but I remained silent.
"Have you learnt your lesson now?" He asked and I frowned.
"Frances doesn't want you," I stated the obvious and his hand went still, making me realize I must've said the wrong thing. But it was the truth, she didn't want him.
"Did she tell you I kissed her?"
At that question, I frowned because it didn't sound right. She wouldn't let him kiss her and even if it happened, she would inform me.
"You're lying." I refused to believe it.
"I'm lying? or you just don't want to believe it?" He asked and I glared at him.
"She would never let you do that to her," I defended her.
"Well, sorry to burst your bubble young fellow but it actually happened," he said and turned around in his chair to see my reaction.
