Can't Do it.

"Rae ..." She waved her hands back at him.

He stood up waving back, forgetting the conversation he was having with his mother .

Alara's smile ,the way her eyes where shining with happiness . Her hair was down again with a bunny hair head band and holding cotton candy.

"Love don't run ,it's dangerous " he said running to her.

She didn't stop landing into his open arms. He held her listening to her giggles.

"Your here " she pulled back .

He nodded. "Mom sent me a pretty picture of you smiling and I couldn't resist "

She laughed , "Can I see it "

He pulled out his phone and showed her .

"You seem to love it ".

She smiled taking his hand , "Come on ,let's go ride it together "

"Oh...okay " he followed her to the merry go round.

Mia and Charlotte joined her mother and watched the two go from one ride to the other. Some he refused her to ride while others he joined .

"Guess we are not needed here anymore " Mia muttered.

"You called him ?" Charlotte asked her mother.

"No ,I sent her picture to distract him from something" she answered.

"So he knows about grandfather?" Charlotte asked.

She nodded.

"But he will be too busy to worry about him " she smiled.

Seeing him arguing with Alara on the ride she wanted next.

"Is something wrong with your grandfather ?" Mia asked.

"His not really in good terms with brother " Charlotte answered.

"Oh".

"And he already has someone he wants Rae to marry " said his mother.

"Ohhh....now that is bad . If he finds out his already engaged to sister. Then.."Mia frowned.

"Then they are going to try and show who is right" Charlotte let out.

Mia got a phone and got up to go answer it .

"Mother , are you back home ?" She answered.

"Not yet ".

"Oh alright. We are also at the park. Sister is having so much fun " she said.

"That's great ,I will be back soon" she said.

"Did you want something ?" Mia asked.

"No , wanted to know if you where okay " her mother nervously laughed.

"We are don't worry ,get home soon" she said.

"I will " hanging up .

Mia frowned wondering what was wrong ,she had been absent minded and going off somewhere.

Alara sat down while Rae got her strawberry flavoured popcorn.

Her phone vibrated ,she pulled it out to check.

It was text from Adrain's assistant . She frowned not opening it and placed back her phone .

Rae sat next to her and passed her the popcorn.

Happily she took it and started eating.

"Tired ?" he asked

She nodded looking down at her feet.

"My feet hurt too"

He moved grabbing her legs and placed her feet up on his laps.

She watched him taking off her shoes and then gently massage her feet while eating her popcorn.

"I saw you yesterday on the news " she let out.

"Huh?"

"You looked handsome giving that speech " she smiled.

He blinked ,yesterday he had a press conference.

"I did "

She nodded , "then I did something silly ".

"What did you do ?" he asked.

"I touched my belly and said...hi little one ,look that is your daddy " she giggled.

He smiled.

"You know am glad my baby will have the best father since I can't be sure it will be proud of me " her smile slowly disappeared.

"Don't say that ".

"We can't ignore it , a can't be a normal mother or wife cause of what I do . And that wasade clear yesterday when I watched you . You need a wife , a woman who can proudly stand beside you and I can't do that ,not even if I wanted to " she bit her lips.

He sighed putting back her shoes , she pulled away her feet avoiding his gaze.

His hand took hers and tightly held onto it. He didn't say anything . Alara leaned down on his shoulder .

A few moments later he looked down to see her asleep.

He smiled.

The three women saw Rae coming back carrying the sleeping woman in his arms.

"Guess it time to head back " his mother stood up.

He nodded, "I will send you home then head back to work "

But after he got home , Alara wouldn't let him leave ,holding onto his arm in her sleep.

"Love I need to go " he murmured.

His mother who had gone with him scoffed.

"The look on your face says you don't want to go too" she let out.

"It shows " he blinked.

She chuckled .

"Stay with her , work can wait " she said walking to the door.

Before she could even close the door he was out of his shoes and laying next to her.

She laughed closing the door.
