Charlotte returned home with Mia.

"Mom, we are home " she saw her mother outside in the garden.

Leading Mia out they joined her.

"Mia , welcome " she hugged her.

"How are you doing mother ?".

"Lovely , am glad your both here " she smiled.

"Something wrong ?".

"It's Alara and your brother " she answered.

Telling them what happened in the morning she added.

"It's seems your brother left after they had a misunderstanding and didn't return. And if you said he wasn't at work either then it must have been something "

"What could Ivana have told him to make him leave ?" Charlotte asked.

"Can't say , but we need to find him. For Alara has been a in foul mood the whole day . And awhile ago she just stormed out too" she let out.

"Where did she go ?" Charlotte asked.

"Not sure but as for your brother I know where he is " said her mother.

Rae stoom another gulp of wine from the bottle he was holding. Leaning back ,he was on the balcony of his penthouse gazing at the tiny lights of the city.

He sighed as he heard his phone ringing again.

Rae had realised how bad he was when he suddenly hurt Alara over Ivana's accusation. He had not wanted to believe her but when Alara couldnot tell him anything ...it made him believe it.

And now he was feeling down for hurting her , after promising to loving and protecting her instead it was him who was hurting .

He took another gulp as he remembered the look she gave him, scared and hurt about how he was treating her.

And instead of apologizing he ran off.

His phone kept ringing ...now irritating him.

He walked back inside answering.

"What is it , Charlotte . Am busy " he answered.

"Sister in law is gone , she left in the morning and looked pale and angry " she said .

"What ?...why didn't you call me earlier "

"Shut up , mom has been calling you the whole day . After acting all high and mighty about loving her now your hurt her " yelled his sister.

"I...I ..didn't mean to " he mumbled.

"Am sending you the address go find her " she said hanging.

He grabbed his coat and car keys rushing out.

"Can you please not run...I don't have all night " muttered Scarlet.

"What ....are you crazy " yelled her target crawling back in fear.

She frowned grabbing his leg she stabbed one of her dagger into his lower leg.

He screamed in pain. She breathed moving into the bathroom he had crawled in.

"Am not crazy just mad ...maybe not in a good mood...ahh....I don't know anymore" she sighed pulling out another .

"Wait ...wait ..please. Is it money you want . I can give it to you " he cried.

"I don't want your money " she answered.

"I will double it ,whatever they gave you . I will triple it" he tried again.

"I said I dont want your money "raising her right hand she stabbed into his shoulder , blood gushed out into her hand staining his clothes.

Suddenly she pulled away rushing into the bathroom throwing up.

"Oh..I think am sick again" she breathed washing her mouth and face .

Her victim was trying to escape ,pushing his body out of the bathroom before she could come back.

Alara turned watching him move.

Pulling out her gun she shoot him twice in the head ,he fell back dead .

"I told you not to move around " she muttered .

She moved to the balcony letting the chilly air brush across her face. It was late in the night now , she could feel her body protesting wanting to lay down.

This was her fifth target in one night and she still had a list.

After leaving home she decided to head to work. Didn't say anything to Adrian and took her pending list and left. She wanted a distraction and the urge to move in the night had been brooding for so long.

She had kept throwing up every time she saw blood but didn't stop going. Scarlet was never sick on the sight of blood so how did she change.

Her hand went down to her belly rubbing it.

"I know I promised not to do it for awhile but am sorry . I just can't help it " she let out.

Pulling out her daggers from the body she wiped them then left .

By the time Rae got there , the body has been discovered and the place was surrounded by the police .

He sighed calling Charlotte .

"She isn't here anymore " he said.

"It's like she is running from you" she muttered.

"Any idea where she is now ?" he asked.

"She seemed to have found out about the tracking. Her phone is off now , so I don't know where she is ".

Rae hang up and drove off , soon he was driving around aimlessly looking for Alara. He realised he didn't know much about her to use it to find her.

She wasn't at her mother's place either so where was she.

He drove till late in the night until he was told to come back home by his mother.

"Did you lose weight in one night ?" Charlotte noticed her brother's pale face.

"Let her go ....we finally got rid of her " his grandfather commented .

Rae gazed back at them in the livingroom not saying a word then turned and headed upstairs.

"Sister in law didn't leave ...she just had some work "said Charlotte.

"Work ...we all know what type of work she is doing. And in her state , she really isn't suited for being a member of our family ".

Rae's mother glared back at him.

"Father please ..."

He fell silent .

Alara didn't return home and Rae didn't leave his room for the two days
