Kael clicked on the Fierce Goblin Blood Essence.
Kael thought about it but did not rush to decide.
This was a rare material after all, something that does not come so easily.
If he gives this to Vivian, there is a chance that a good crafted item will be born out of it. Asking for a larger share for providing the material should not be a problem, right?
As for the effect of increasing his stats after making the Fierce Goblin Blood Essence as part of his Collection, Kael was not interested in it yet. Since he was completely new to the game, he planned to consult Vivian about it and see her opinion about it.
And speaking of stats, Kael just recalled that he could actually view his character stats.
"Stats."
Race: Human Class/Job: None Talent: Collector(SSS) Level: 1 (5/100) HP(Health Points): 100/100 MP (Mana Points): 50/50 Str: 10 (1) Int: 10 Agi: 10 Vit: 10 Dex: 10 Cha: 9 Lck: 1 Equipped Items: Ordinary Sword(Str +1) Status Point: 0 Inventory: 6/2000> The details were self-explanatory. Even though he was not a gamer, Kael understood what they meant even without Vivian's explanation this time around. He did not understand how they correlate to each other, though. "I'll find out sooner or later, I guess." As for the class or job, according to Vivian, he will be able to get one once he reaches Enrio. Closing the profile tab, Kael resumed his journey. A moment later, Kael met another Fierce Goblin. Upon checking, Kael realized that this one was already at level 2. The Fierce Goblin once again bravely confronts him. Using its sharp claws, it swiped it directly toward him, which he easily evaded with a single step. After delivering a direct strike to its neck, the Fierce Goblin was killed and exploded into items that were directly stored inside his inventory. "What? Am I this lucky?" Although the number of pieces did not match, Kael recalled that the items that dropped this time around were still the same as before. Accessing his inventory, Kael confirmed his suspicions. "Strange…" Kael muttered to himself. "Is it because of my Collector Talent?" Moving forward toward Enrio, Kael once again killed another Fierce Goblin. This area was full of such monsters. According to Vivian, Fierce Goblins were one of the beginner monsters around Enrio that new-level players could easily kill and grind to reach level 10 and transition to a class. He looked at the inventory and was elated to see that the Fierce Goblin once again dropped all the droppable items listed on its information. Scavenging for trash since he was little, nothing was more delightful than being rewarded handsomely after doing something. Receiving such an abundance of items made Kael smile. "This is fun…" Kael commented, thinking about the materials he would receive if he killed another Fierce Goblin. What kind of materials would drop if he killed another type of monster? Will Vivian be able to make a lot of crafted items through these materials? How much will his share be? Just thinking about the amount of money he will receive from her made Kael smile turn up a notch. Gripping the ordinary sword, Kael moved forward with much more enthusiasm than before. "Found you!" Like a devil, Kael stared at the Fierce Goblin as if he was looking at a 'good trash' that was about to be dumped by the garbage truck. Feeling the intense gaze, the Fierce Goblin shivered and turned its head toward him. Seeing that it was a human, the Fierce Goblin raised its arms in the air and released an ear-piercing scream before lunging forward toward him. Kael's smile did not drop, and instead of just staying on the spot, he also lunged forward and met the Fierce Goblin in the middle. With its stance, the Fierce Goblin was wide open. Kael thrust the Ordinary Sword forward, plunging it deep into the Fierce Goblin's chest. Unlike before, the Fierce Goblin did not die immediately. After another blood-curdling scream, the Fierce Goblin tried to scratch Kael's arm using its sharp claws. But Kael was quick enough to retract his hands along with his sword, evading the strike completely. Not waiting for it to recover, Kael ruthlessly slashed its neck with the Ordinary Sword once more and watched as it exploded into sets of items that were automatically stored inside his inventory. Kael laughed in delight as he stared at the newly acquired items. Proceeding forward, Kael killed every Fierce Goblin he found and gathered all their drops inside his inventory. Not to mention the other materials, the Rare Fierce Goblin Blood Essence alone already amounted to 8. Closing the inventory with a smile, Kael looked at the map and realized that he was now getting closer to Enrio. Just earlier, he also saw some players killing Fierce Goblins to level up. According to Vivian, there were penalties for Player Killing and since he just started the game, Vivian reassured him that no one would try to bother him at this point. However, as a scavenger, Kael knew better than to trust strangers who were after something. According to Vivian, when a player dies, all of their equipped items will drop, as well as a portion of the items stored inside their inventory. He has worked hard to save up the items inside his inventory, and he was not willing to give up any of them. They were potential money for him, after all. However, the players ignored Kael, so he, in turn, did not bother them as well. Some time later, a Fierce Goblin with a unique appearance greeted Kael's eyes.
