THE SHORELINE PROPHECY

In my dream , I found myself in a dark eerie forest. The air was heavy, and I could feel unseen eyes watching me. A chilling voice echoed from the shadows, sending shivers down my spine.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk," it sneered mockingly. " you think you can defeat me with your little faith?"

I tried to speak, but my lips trembled whenever I tried opening my mouth. The sinister voice laughed, it's tone mocking and full of malice.

"Don't come to my den when you're not ready to face the type of force I hold , little girl," it taunted.

My blood boiled as I remembered what he did to my mother. Summoning courage,I yelled, " I refuse to be intimidated by you! The GOD of the Heavens and the Earth is my rock and salvation, and His power is much more greater than any darkness!"

The voice sneered again. I'm really disappointed to have you as my daughter! How wonderful it would have been if you were a boy. I needed a successor for my tribe, but you came out as a girl. You're still of use though. The blood running inside you is mine, so watch me as I drain it little by little."

"That's all you know how to do , draining peoples blood I sneered

"Keep dreaming , whoever you think you are! Just know that you're in no position to claim what belongs to GOD!" I yelled back.

"Watch your mouth little girl!, you don't know whom you're dealing with" he yelled. "Goodbye, princess."!

"Wait!" I screamed, but it was too late.

I woke up to my uncle shaking my shoulders. My dress was drenched in sweat, and my heart was still racing
