"No, no. Wait— I mean— I —." Eleanore had no idea what to say to the grieving maid. "I just felt like doing it on my own. That's all. You have no fault in it." She explained.
"Impossible. I know it. I have done something wrong." She resisted.
"And what makes you say that?" Eleanore asked.
"You would never— never talk so calmly when you wake up." She replied, remaining weary with her words.
"Really? Then how do I usually act, M—Maid." Eleanore was curious as to how the true owner of this body acted. The maid called her by her original name. Wait! How did she know her real name? Isn't she in a web novel named 'Revenge is her only desire' then how? Was there anyone with that name? Wait? There was indeed someone with a name similar to hers or the same?
"You, you my lady would usually wake up at twelve in the noon except when you had an important event to attend and— and you would never get out of the bed without using the stairs and having me help you wear your slippers."
"What else?" Eleanore folded her hands around her chest and threw a little weight on her left leg.
"This is the kind of posture you take up when you are very angry and about to kill someone." The maid slapped her face back on the floor. "I knew it!" She muttered, "I am so dead."
Eleanore rolled her eyes in disbelief. "I am not angry, Maid."
"You aren't calling me by my name, My lady. You sure are angry. Very very angry at me for some reason." She cried again. "My lady!" She raised her head and looked at her mistress with eyes filled with pity and fear. "Please do not kill me. You may throw me out of the mansion, but please don't kill me. My lady."
"Gosh! This is getting annoying." Eleanore went on her knees and held the maids face between her two hands, then left out a sigh. "What is your name?" She asked.
"Marina." she answered.
"Yes, right. Marina. That's a beautiful name. I'm sorry I had forgotten your name. Now that I remember it, I will call you by your name." She explained. "Now listen carefully, I am not angry." She said, letting go of her face, at the same time. "I am just trying to change into a better person. Understand?"
Marina brought her hands together and sat in a begging position. "My lady, please. I have two younger siblings waiting for me at my wrecked house. My useless parents committed a suicide because they couldn't pay their debt. I work my ass— ahm! I mean, I worked very hard to get here. Please, if you must, I will leave the mansion. Please don't kill me. Please." She sobbed.
Eleanore caught her head again in disbelief. Why on earth does this maid not understand that she is not angry? What should she say that would stop the maid from crying like a child?
"My lady, please don't—"
"Oh shut up!" Eleanore yelled at the maid. "Believe me, when I say I am not angry. Stop sobbing like a dumb dog, can't you?" Marina hissed on hearing that.
"Shhh!" It was so loud that Marina's voice went numb, she couldn't utter any words after that.
"Help me wear the slippers." Eleanore ordered.
Marina softly lifted her one leg and then slipped the beautiful, pink, furry slippers in her feet, then did the same for the other. After that she got back on her two feet, her right palm clasped on the back of her left palm and her head was hanging down looking at the floor.
"Much better.Happy?" Without waiting for the answer, Eleanore approached the beautiful violet couch in front of her bed and sat comfortably on the soft and smooth surface of the couch. "Marina, what's my surname?" She asked.
Marina had no idea what that meant. She knocked her head hard to look for the answer the riddle held.. Maybe she is going to scold or Perhaps she genuinely wants to know her surname.
'Could it be like my name she has forgotten her surname too?' The maid thought.
Before letting out the surname, Marina gulped, "Sinclair, My lady." She answered.
Immediately, as if she had gotten hit by the same truck again her smile vanished, on hearing that surname.
'Eleanore Sinclair'
'Sinclair'
'Hael Sinclair'
The male lead, his sister, Eleanore Sinclair.
The Noble lady who dies before her debut, killed by her beloved. Caelistes Lancaster.
Eleanore jumped out of the couch and rushed to the mirror hanging on the wall, surrounded by many perfumes and a stand that had beautiful earrings hanging on them.
The beautiful face that appeared in front of her, was the one described in the Web Novel. The extract said:
||Eleanore Sinclair was known to have the most beautiful features in the whole kingdom of Seraphine. She had long, smooth golden hair that shone brightly under rays of the golden Sun. Her eyes were radiant like a pure Ruby, red and majestic.
Every man in the capital of the Seraphine Empire adored and yearned for her. Some committed suicide on being rejected by her, some losing their sanity, while many becoming psychotic stalkers, who would do anything to have her. While she enjoyed it all, there was a certain someone who had no interest in Eleanore's beauty. Grand Duke Lancaster, Cealestis.||
That was how she was introduced in the first chapter of the web novel. Her character image only had golden hair and a beautiful royal blue gown. The artist must have found it irrelevant to draw eyes and other facial features for the side villain that dies in the first chapter itself.

|| To all the readers who are grieving over Caelestis Lancaster's death. I deeply apologize but this character always deserved death in my eyes of justice. Although he was a good leader, a good friend, probably a good son, yet he was never a good boyfriend or husband to the female lead.
Even after going through all his sins, if you still sympathize with him. I have an offer for you.
Would you like to change the destiny of Caelestis Lancaster?
