Storm

 Before the night began, something the Aqua Tribe feared most on that trip happened. A storm began to form, darkening the entire sky. Not knowing what kind of storm it was, the Alpha kept everyone inside the cave, and the lycans began to take the horses out of the makeshift tent, squeezing them into the cave as well. Luckily today's cave had not been dug and was a natural location in the Eastern Mountains.

Not long after the weather formed, a heavy rain began and with it hundreds of lightning bolts struck constantly. In the midst of this storm, Ivan, who had moved away from the camp, was now in a complicated situation. No tree could protect him for long, and he began to run across the open field. When one of the lightning bolts struck him, he felt numbness throughout his body and lost consciousness for a moment. After recovering, he continued running and finally found shelter under a pile of rocks.

As he gasped for breath, realizing how close he had come to death. He finally calmed down thinking about the whole situation with Natasha and Derek, if she had accepted him as her husband he should respect her decision and not interfere in it anymore unless she asks. When the storm passed he would return to the Tribe and talk to them about it…

Suddenly a bright bang happened in the sky and Ivan saw a huge ball of fire fall a great distance away, something was struck by lightning in the sky.

'Could it be a Kralgor Eagle?' Ivan thought.

He memorized the crash site, but since it was too far away to visit today and not knowing how long the storm would last he decided to go tomorrow after returning to camp…

 While the storm was happening and everyone in the Tribe hid in the caves. Natasha decided it was time to finally take action. Trying to protect herself from the lightning, she crawled to the carriage where the High Priestess was staying. When she finally got inside, Natasha started to pant and her heart beat fast when she saw the familiar blue heart-shaped jewel. Afraid that lightning would strike the carriage, she acted quickly, approaching the jewel and using one of her lycan claws to cut the tip of her finger and dripping a drop of her own blood onto the jewel, which immediately made the drop disappear, completely absorbed. …

 At the same time, the High Priestess who was sitting inside the cave with the Great Elder, widened her eyes and stood up, as if she was looking through everything directly inside the carriage where she usually stayed.

"What happened?" The Great Elder asked as she saw the High Priestess's frightened face.

"My connection to the Relic has disappeared!"

The Great Elder finally understood how serious the problem was and struggled to get up from where she was quickly.

"If your connection has disappeared, it means that someone stole the Relic…"

"But who could have done this? Only you and I know how to do this, I need to go there right now…"

"Wait for the storm to pass, whoever left the cave will have to come back here and we will find out who it was." Said the Elder holding her hand and calming the High Priestess who was going to leave even during the dangerous storm.

After that, several guards were placed at the entrance to the cave and an order was given saying that no one could leave or enter the cave. Alpha Borys found the whole situation strange, but still left some of his men "guarding" the entrance along with the High Priestess's guards.

 Back in the carriage, after Natasha completed the first step of the ritual, all she could do now was just feel the Relic as if the two had a connection. Biting her lower lip, she then decided to do the second part of the process that the Great Elder stressed in a warning tone, that the High Priestess should only do during a situation of great danger. Using the partial transformation again and transforming her finger into a sharp, pointed claw, she now used it to cut between her breasts, creating a deep and large cut. After that, she stuck the jewel inside the wound while enduring the pain of the injury.

A few minutes later, as the wound began to heal, the jewel began to emit a bright light and settled in the middle of Natasha's breasts almost as if it were part of her body. Blue veins spread from the Relic, giving Natasha a new and unforgettable feeling. It was incredible that she felt such a deep connection with the water that she could now even feel the raindrops falling outside the carriage. But before she could experience her new power, the Relic shone again bringing a terrible headache making Natasha start seeing and hearing things before finally losing consciousness…
