chapter 6

Tanvi was trembling with fear, tears streaming down her face. She felt helpless, unable to protect herself. What could she possibly do? She was a small, fragile girl with no strength left in her body, especially against a large, powerful man standing before her.

Meanwhile, in another part of the forest, forest officers, bodyguards, and police were discussing among themselves.

One forest officer said, "Handling this situation is tough, but it's not impossible."

A bodyguard added, "Yeah, but we shouldn't underestimate our enemy. Most often, enemies attack when we least expect it — when words get stuck in our throats, and we're left defenseless on the ground, split in two."

Suddenly, everyone's eyes widened in shock. Standing before them was a ferocious wolf with blood dripping from its sharp fangs and glistening claws stained with fresh blood.

The next moment, chaos broke out as they all screamed and tried to attack the wolf. But the beast was unstoppable, tearing through each person one by one as if it had been starving for days and had finally found a feast.

The remaining bodyguards attempted to flee, but the wolf, having dealt with the forest officers, advanced toward them menacingly.

As the bodyguards ran frantically in the opposite direction, the massive wolf suddenly appeared in front of them, letting out a deafening roar. In an instant, it grabbed three men simultaneously, snapped their necks, and began drinking their blood.

Tanvi, crying uncontrollably, pleaded, "Please let me go. Don't do this to me. Look, I'm just a young girl. You can't do this to me. Please, I just want to go home. What have I ever done to deserve this? Why are you doing this to me?"

Her sobs grew louder.

Suddenly, there was a loud crashing sound, and Ellis abruptly moved away from Tanvi.

Turning around, he saw the wolf standing there. Grinding his teeth, he growled, "It's here again! Ever since this creature appeared in my life, nothing has gone right. When will this wretched thing leave me alone?"

Saying this, Ellis vanished into thin air. Witnessing someone disappear right before her eyes left Tanvi completely stunned.

The wolf then moved closer to her, gently grabbed her by the waist, lifted her onto his shoulder, and began walking away. This time, he wasn't running. He walked calmly, as though daring anyone to cross his path — ready to devour anyone who stood in his way.

Tanvi, terrified beyond words, clung tightly to the wolf's neck. Her tears trickled down onto its fur. In that moment, the wolf transformed back into Bhairav.

Seeing Bhairav, Tanvi became even more emotional. Wrapping her legs around his waist and clinging to his neck, she sobbed, "I... I was so scared... I thought... he was going to force himself on me..."

Bhairav remained silent, simply walking steadily. Tanvi, gradually calming down, rested her head against his chest, closed her eyes, and soon fell asleep.

The next morning,

Tanvi slowly opened her eyes, feeling warmth around her. She realized she wasn't cold anymore.

Looking at herself, she noticed that she was covered by a soft, fur-lined blanket.

She was shocked, but then her gaze shifted forward. Bhairav was sitting right in front of her, staring at her intensely.

Tanvi started feeling nervous as Bhairav's green eyes locked onto hers. His expression was unreadable, but his gaze was intense as though he wanted to claim her entirely.

The next moment, as Tanvi tried to get up, Bhairav grabbed her by the waist and pulled her close. His hand firmly held her jaw. Startled, Tanvi placed both hands on his broad chest, breathing heavily, her legs stretched forward in tension.

Her heartbeat was racing, and Bhairav's eyes kept flickering to her lips. It was as if the wolf in him was ready to devour her if given the chance.

Tanvi's eyes dropped in nervousness, her breath rapid. Bhairav continued to watch her, then slowly tangled his fingers in her hair, playing with it in an odd, possessive way as he moved closer to her.

Tanvi didn't stop him.

Bhairav leaned in and captured her lips with his own, kissing her deeply.

Tanvi's eyes widened in surprise. The thought crossed her mind—how could a wolf who barely knew how to eat properly know how to kiss? How was he kissing so perfectly? It was a mysterious and baffling thought.

As this ran through her mind, she stared into Bhairav's green eyes. He kissed her slowly and sensually, his gaze fixed on her face.

A strange sensation coursed through Tanvi's body. Unable to resist, she grabbed his hair and responded to the kiss. Gradually, Bhairav lowered her onto the ground, coming on top of her as he continued to kiss her, his fingers playing with her hair.

But suddenly, Tanvi remembered—she was still too young, and this wasn't the right time for such things.

As this thought crossed her mind, she immediately placed her hand on Bhairav's chest and tried to push him away. Seeing her do this, Bhairav understood that Tanvi didn't like it. He quickly moved away from her and, lifting Tanvi into his arms, hugged her tightly.

Tanvi also hugged Bhairav and said, "This is all wrong. It's not right. I'm still very young. I can't do this now, and I don't know how you even know how to do this. You can't even eat properly, but you know how to kiss, and that too, in such a good way. I don't even know how to kiss like that, and you stole my first kiss. But it's okay. You humans are so strange; you eat so much. It's weird. But you're good, you saved me from those people."

Saying this, Tanvi tried to move her legs, but she couldn't. She became sad and looked at Bhairav. Bhairav, too, stared at her without expression. Tanvi looked at him, and her eyes lingered on his lips. She felt an urge to kiss those red, juicy lips of Bhairav, and she couldn't resist.

She hugged Bhairav and kissed him on the lips. As she did so, she felt a surge of energy within her body, and Bhairav also seemed to feel something.

Suddenly, Bhairav's throat began to glow, and seeing this, Tanvi became frightened and quickly pulled away from him.

Bhairav placed his hand on his throat and lay down, writhing in pain.

Seeing this, Tanvi got scared and asked, "Bhairav, what happened? Open your eyes, what's wrong? Are you having a pain in your throat? Did this happen because of me? Did I do something wrong?"

Tanvi blamed herself for everything, which is why she was saying this.

After a while, Bhairav fainted, and Tanvi, worried, started looking around. She then tried to move forward using her hands for support, wanting help. She couldn't stand Bhairav's condition anymore. As she crawled, she kept crying for help. Eventually, she reached quite a distance.

Then, she saw a large house, connected to a huge tree. It looked just like the magical homes in princess cartoons. She was amazed to see the house, but she still needed help.

As she crawled toward the house, she suddenly felt someone lift her into their arms. Surprised, she looked at the person who had picked her up. It was a man with blue eyes, wearing glasses, and he was very handsome and fair-skinned.

He wore clothes like an old-time doctor – a white shirt, black pants, and a long black coat, with an old-fashioned wristwatch on his hand. His face had the most beautiful smile.

Tanvi was lost in his appearance, but then she remembered that she needed help. Nervously, she said, "Please, help me. He's in pain, something happened to him. Please, help!"

"Calm down, little cherry. I'll help you. But tell me, what are you doing in front of my house?" he said.

Hearing this, Tanvi gritted her teeth and thought, "Doesn't he understand what I said? I'm asking for help, and he's still asking questions?"

Her cheeks turned slightly red, showing that she was angry. He smiled and said, "Alright, alright, don't get angry. Show me the way, and I'll help you. By the way, who is he?"

Tanvi started questioning herself. "Who is he really? I never thought of that. What should I tell him?"

While thinking, she kept staring at the man. Just then, someone gritted their teeth angrily and said, "Tanvi, come to me."

---

Someone says this in a deep, attractive voice, one that any girl who hears it would instantly fall for the sound of his voice.

Meanwhile, Tanvi looks towards him and gets shocked. Bhairav is standing in front of her, looking at her. Bhairav seems a bit different; he's extremely angry, and his veins are bulging.

Then, once again, a voice echoes in their ears, "Did you not hear what I said?" Saying this, the man angrily steps forward and snatches Tanvi away from him.

Seeing such a beautiful girl being held in his hands, Bhairav feels a lot of anger, but he smiles and says, "Oh, calm down. She's in trouble, and I was helping her." Saying this, he starts admiring Tanvi's beauty.

So, what will happen next? Who is this new person, and what does he plan to do with Tanvi and Bhairav? Will Bhairav and Tanvi grow closer? Will their relationship reach a point of no return, or will time and this man come between them? How did Bhairav get his voice back? And will Tanvi ever be able to walk again?
