The Chaos Continues

A New Day, A New Victim

Su Yan had developed a hobby.

A very dangerous hobby.

It was called—

"Messing with doctors for entertainment."

And today?

Today, she had a new target.

The Unfortunate Pediatrician

Dr. Benjamin Carter (Pediatrics Consultant) was known for three things.

Loving kids.Hating unnecessary interruptions.Being absurdly confident in his diagnoses.

And today, Su Yan strolled into the pediatric wing, sipping iced coffee like she owned the place.

Naturally, the nurses panicked.

"D-Dr. Su Yan! You're not—"

She held up a hand. "Shh. I just want to observe."

The nurses exchanged nervous looks.

Because when Su Yan 'observed,'

someone always suffered.

The Setup: A Battle of Wits

Dr. Carter, unaware of his impending doom, was in the middle of examining a five-year-old boy.

"Alright, little buddy, let's figure out what's making you feel sick today." He smiled reassuringly.

The child nodded, sniffling.

Su Yan leaned against the doorway, watching with great interest.

Then, as Dr. Carter checked the child's throat, she casually said—

"It's Kawasaki disease."

Silence.

Dr. Carter froze mid-examination.

The nurses stiffened.

The five-year-old? Started giggling.

"What's a Kawasaki?" he asked.

Su Yan smiled. "A disease. Also a motorcycle."

Dr. Carter turned slowly. "…Excuse me?"

Su Yan took another sip of her coffee. "Your patient has Kawasaki disease."

Carter narrowed his eyes. "That's a rare pediatric inflammatory condition. And you're diagnosing it from the doorway?"

Su Yan grinned. "Obviously."

The nurses?

Holding their breath.

Because this was a direct challenge.

And Dr. Carter was too stubborn to ignore it.

"Alright, Dr. Su Yan." He smirked. "Why do you think it's Kawasaki disease?"

Su Yan gestured lazily. "He's had a fever for more than five days, his eyes are red, his lips are cracked, and his hands are swollen. Textbook case."

Dr. Carter rolled his eyes. "It could be a viral infection."

Su Yan tilted her head. "Want to bet?"

The nurses gasped.

Dr. Carter smirked. "Alright. If you're wrong, you have to leave Pediatrics and never interfere with my cases again."

Su Yan smiled. "Deal. But if I'm right…"

She paused.

Then grinned.

"You have to wear a princess tiara for the rest of the day."

Silence.

The nurses looked horrified.

The five-year-old? Absolutely delighted.

Dr. Carter laughed. "Fine. I accept."

And just like that—

The bet was on.

Twenty Minutes Later – The Lab Results Come Back

Dr. Carter stared at the lab results.

The CRP (C-reactive protein) was elevated.

The echocardiogram showed coronary artery inflammation.

It was Kawasaki disease.

Su Yan?

Already holding a pink, sparkly tiara in her hands.

Dr. Carter slowly turned, eyes full of betrayal.

"You had that READY?!"

Su Yan beamed. "Of course."

The five-year-old clapped his hands. "Princess doctor!"

The nurses?

Desperately trying not to laugh.

Dr. Carter took a deep breath. "…Fine."

Then, with the heaviest sigh of his life—he put on the tiara.

And just like that, Dr. Carter became—

The Most Fabulous Pediatrician in the Hospital.

The Entire Hospital Reacts

Two hours later.

The ER doctors, surgeons, and nurses had all heard the story.

And now?

Now, every time Dr. Carter walked down the hallway—people bowed.

"Your Highness." Wallace smirked.

"Majestic." Patel nodded.

"A true medical princess." Evans added.

Dr. Carter wanted to scream.

And Su Yan?

Absolutely THRIVING.

Lin Kai, hearing the story, just smirked. "So, this is your 'playtime' now?"

Su Yan giggled. "Darling, I'm just getting started."

And somewhere in the hospital—

Another poor doctor had no idea that tomorrow, it would be their turn.
