Fu Ling was led all they way to the top floor of the office using the exclusive elevator this time so they didn't encounter anyone.

We got to the office and I sat down and looked around. The office was neat and everything was arranged in a specific order. There were no personal items on the desk or the whole room in fact. The whole place was bland and packed a sense of personalization.

There was nothing to see so I faced him squarely. I looked at his face and took in every line and contour on him. I really wanted to see him again but now that I have, I don't know what to say. It's quite peculiar. I've never been one to be tongue tied before.

Gu Yunnain noticed the young man looking at him a long time ago but he did say anything and instead tried to show a more attractive angle. After so many days, he had already come to terms with the fact that he fell in love at first sight with this person.

The moment Gu Yunnain saw the young man, his dead heart seemed to come alive.

He let the young man assess him but couldn't bare the explicit gaze anymore. His ears turned red so he spoke up.

"Does it look good?"

Fu Ling was lost in his emotions when he heard someone ask if it looked good so he subconsciously nodded his neck. Of course it looks good. It's his Chaos. His own person. A smile formed on his lips and his eyes curved upwards.

Gu Yunnain who saw this scene was given a critical hit and almost couldn't control his heartbeat. He could only lick his lips and say with a hoarse voice

"You look good too"

Fu Ling burst out laughing

"Well. We both look good. By the way Gu Yunnain, I don't have your number yet so.."

Gu Yunnain immediately snapped back to reality. That's right how could he forget? The young man had to wait for so long today because of this. He immediately expressed his apology.

"I'm sorry. I forgot."

He took Fu Ling's phone and imputed his personal number then handed it back to Fu Ling without a note. Fu Ling added an A in front and watched it float up the list then set the name to Mine. He didn't think there was anything wrong with this but Gu Yunnain who caught a glimpse of it felt hot in the face.

He also put his number in Gu Yunnain's phone who hesitated for a second but with a blushing face, set the note to Baby.

Fu Ling stayed there for a while longer and then left under Gu Yunnain's reluctant gaze. He had no choice but to reach forward and high the other party.

"I have something to do now I'll come back some other time"

Gu Yunnain had to nod despite his unwillingness and watched the other person leave. He looked out the window until he saw the small figure walk out of the building and take a taxi.

A switch seemed to have been flipped and the whole person was covered with coldness. He called for assistant Wen who came knocking a minute later.

"The secretary who answered the call when I was at a meeting, let her go and find a replacement."

Wen Jiali was ecstatic. That girl had always used her position to bully others and would even threaten his both overtly and covertly. Everyone was tired of her but no one dared to speak out because she was the madams daughter in law candidate for the boss. No one wanted the offend the future lady boss so everyone just walked around her.

He couldn't wait to get it done but as a well rounded personal assistant, he had to remind his boss of any possible problems this would cause.

"Boss, she is the daughter of the Li family. She was personally recommend by the madam."

Gu Yunnain pressed his forehead

"I don't care. Get her out of here this is an office place not her home. Or does this look like the Li family company? I'm not her father, I won't tolerate her attitude"

Wen Jiali thought the boss has finally noticed something wrong and was fighting for their employee rights. He cleaned a non existent tear from the corner of his eyes. The boss was too good. If Gu Yunnain heard his inner thoughts, he would saw no, actually I'm just angry because she made my baby wait.

Normally, if sn unidentified person who claims to know the boss comes to the company, the secretary should first confirm with assistant Wen who knows everyone around the president. If assistant Wen doesn't know this person, then he has to ask the president himself to confirm but that girl didn't do any of this and took matters into her own hands.

Wen Jiali understood that the boss had neither patience nor affection for that woman so he felt relieved to carry out the instructions but just as he was about to leave, he heard the boss call out to him.

"There is a little girl at the front desk. She seems reliable. Transfer her here and look for someone to replace her former position."

Wen Jiali felt like he had gotten to the bottom of things. So the bosses sweetheart was bullied by that Li family girl? He went out to do the things with a light footstep.

Lei Lin was stunned when she got the notice that she was suddenly promoted. And to the top floor too. You know, the salary is ten times more than that of now. She didn't know which god took mercy on her to let her experience this trail of good luck today.

Assistant Wen personally came down to pick the person up and thought to himself that the president really had good vision and the person he choose was quite nice.

Lei Lin was even more surprised at assistant Wen's attitude. He was the person beside the president and had been there for years. Everybody respected him but this person was treating her so gently and carefully. She didn't want to be narcissistic but why did it look like he had a crush on her?

If.. he really did like her, what would be her reply? She took a sneaky glance at him and felt her cheeks getting hot so she dropped her head.

Wen Jiali felt like Mr Gu's person was really shy and it was inexplicably cute.

That way, two people who were on completely different wavelengths had a smooth journey upstairs.
