Task: Spear of Longinus
Task Introduction: When God and Satan drew the boundary, they agreed that angels and demons must remain in perfect balance, and neither of them could interfere in human affairs. According to the Dark Bible, breaking this balance requires one side to exert influence over the human world.
To achieve this, the Son of Satan escaped from Kamar-Taj's surveillance and entered the mortal world, seeking the aid of angels and the Spear of Destiny. Through a series of elaborate schemes orchestrated by Archangel Gabriel, the plan was nearly successful.
Now that you have discovered this situation, you must act accordingly.
Whether it is for the safety of the world or for the money Angela promised you this is your mission.
Mission Objective: Resolve the current crisis and obtain the Spear of Longinus.
Mission Reward: Unknown.
Mission Failure Penalty: None.

Noah silently stared at the mission prompt from the system, momentarily at a loss for words.
This system is quite something. Not only does it read my thoughts, but now it's projecting all mission details in the upper-left corner of my vision.
It really feels like I'm inside a video game.
But what's even stranger is that the reward for this mission is unknown?
And there's no penalty for failure?
Doesn't this mean I can either take the mission or ignore it?
This is bizarre. Normally, mission rewards are enticing enough to draw people in or failure comes with severe consequences, pushing them to complete the task.
But this mission? Nothing. Just a casual "take it or leave it."
"What a headache."
Noah rubbed his temples. The system really had a unique way of doing things, but there was no getting around it.
After considering it for a while, Noah made his decision he would take the mission.
"There's no downside. Even though I don't know what the reward is, it's essentially a free opportunity. I already understand the direction of this whole event and how it ends, so there's no major risk for me. The biggest challenge will probably be securing the Spear of Longinus."
Getting the spear was both simple and complicated.
On the surface, it had been lying dormant on Earth for who knows how long, unnoticed until a Mexican scavenger stumbled upon it, either by fate or by careful manipulation.
If the higher-ups still don't care about this relic like before, then Noah could easily claim it for himself once everything was over.
But if those powerful figures started paying attention to the spear again... that would be a problem.
"Whatever. I'll deal with it when the time comes."
Noah dismissed the thought. Worrying about it now wouldn't change anything.
With one last glance at the ruined supermarket, he let out a sigh. Those two Aurors still haven't registered my access to the Floo Network.
With that complaint lingering in his mind, Noah gathered Ms. Haifin and the others and departed from the scene.
---
Noah's destination was their hotel, but to avoid unnecessary trouble, he refrained from teleporting directly inside. Instead, he chose to reappear in an empty area outside the building.
After everyone recovered from the disorienting effects of Apparition, Noah spoke:
"Let's call it a night. I think we're all exhausted, and besides, you have people to take care of, don't you?"
"Yeah, Hannasi still needs attention," Constantine agreed, glancing at the unconscious fat priest.
"And you need some rest too, don't you?"
"Obviously. I may not be a fully-fledged wizard yet, but my magic reserves aren't inferior to an adult's," Noah admitted without hesitation. His energy was nearly drained.
"But did we even gain anything tonight?" Angela frowned. "That thing was it really a demon?"
"Tonight was just an appetizer," Noah replied nonchalantly. Then, turning serious, he looked at Constantine. "If I'm not mistaken, this whole event might be tied to the Dark Bible. Do you know where that book is?"
"I do. I can make a call and get someone to check." Constantine nodded.
"Don't rush it. I have a bad feeling about all this. Let's investigate it tomorrow. Right now, your priority should be taking care of the fat guy."
Noah's tone grew sharp. "And let me give you some advice take this policewoman with you and don't act alone. Otherwise, you're going to get your friends killed. Or worse you'll end up in hell."
"You say that like I'm not already destined for hell," Constantine muttered. "Satan's been waiting for my soul for years."
"And you think that matters when you have a magician on your side? Idiot."
"...What?"
Constantine blinked in confusion. But before he could process Noah's words, the young wizard had already turned away, disappearing with his sister.
It took Constantine a moment, but then realization dawned.
Noah had just given him a lifeline.
He wasn't sure why Noah was doing this, but after witnessing the magician's sheer power, Constantine recognized something with Noah's help, he might not be damned after all.
Magicians were far beyond exorcists. If Noah could prepare the right potions or cast the right spells, then perhaps just perhaps Constantine could fix his failing lungs.
And if he did that, maybe, just maybe... he could avoid hell entirely.
After all, heaven wouldn't take him, not with his past sins. But magicians those enigmatic, godless scholars were feared by both heaven and hell alike.
God wouldn't dare let them near.
If Noah truly helped him, then the demons would have no claim over his soul.
After all, history had already proven that magicians could capture an angel, dissect it, and turn it into a specimen for study.
To this day, the energy remains of that angel were still locked away in the Department of Mysteries at the British Ministry of Magic.
Unless heaven had lost its mind, they wouldn't dare provoke magicians.
---
Unaware of Constantine's thoughts, Noah had already returned to his room. He collapsed onto his bed, exhausted.
Between teleporting multiple people, fighting Balthazar, and holding his magic in check, he had burned through a huge amount of energy.
If Balthazar's clone had been even slightly stronger, the battle might not have ended so easily.
Feeling Ms. Haifin's hand on his forehead, Noah heard her voice, filled with concern.
"Are you very tired, dear?"
"Avril, I'd appreciate it if you didn't talk to me like I'm a child," Noah muttered. "Yeah, I'm exhausted. But I've gotten used to it."
"Alright, Noah," she said gently. "By the way, why are you helping Constantine? Do you actually have a way to keep him out of hell?"
"I wouldn't say I can stop him from going to hell," Noah mused, "but I can definitely help him slip out of Satan's grasp. Magicians are a profession that neither heaven nor hell wants to mess with. If I help him, he can avoid a lot of trouble."
"But exorcists are nowhere near as powerful as magicians. And do you really think you can stand against both God and Satan?"
"Of course not," Noah admitted with a smirk. "But my profession makes them hate my existence either way. Besides..."
His grin widened.
"I need him to make money for me as an exorcist."
