For forty days after His resurrection, Jesus remained with His disciples, teaching them about the Kingdom of God and preparing them for the mission ahead. Though they had once been fearful and uncertain, Jesus emboldened them, assuring them that they would receive power from the Holy Spirit. He commanded them:
"Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (Matthew 28:19-20)
This commission was not just for the disciples but for every believer throughout time. The message of salvation was to spread to every corner of the earth, offering redemption to all who would believe.
