What a Fairy!

Boom...

Sophia’s pupils shrank, and her mind went blank.

Her heart felt like it was trapped in a tight web.

The cold, snowy scent of Robert surrounded her.

Unlike the sudden kiss at the villa, this time, there was a gentleness she couldn’t describe.

She was caught off guard.

But...

A moment of clarity flashed in her eyes.

“Night…” Sophia murmured.

She tried to push Robert away with both hands, but he was too strong. So, she bit him hard.

Robert let out a muffled groan, the taste of blood in his mouth snapping him back to his senses.

His voice was hoarse as he asked, “Do you still want to try?”

“No…” Sophia shook her head quickly, suddenly feeling scared. She had almost lost control, but luckily, she stopped in time.

Just then, she felt warmth on her body—Robert had draped his suit jacket over her.

“Sophia, I won’t force you to do anything,” Robert’s deep eyes locked onto her. “Unless you’re willing, I won’t pressure you. So don’t say such reckless words again. Understand?”

“I understand.” Sophia nodded fast, afraid he would lecture her again.

“Put on your clothes. I’ll be waiting downstairs with our son.” Robert turned and left.

---

Sophia had just gotten into the car when Anthony, struggling in Robert’s arms, hugged her tightly.

“Baby…” She cooed, kissing his forehead.

Robert saw his son bury his face in Sophia’s embrace, and his expression stiffened slightly. Without a word, he lifted Anthony from her arms.

Anthony struggled.

“Master Miller, what are you doing?” Sophia looked at Robert, confused.

“I haven’t done anything,” Robert said, holding Anthony firmly.

Sophia frowned. “What haven’t you done?”

“Nothing.” Robert turned to look out the window, his ears slightly red.

Anthony looked at Sophia with big, round eyes, looking pitiful.

Sophia secretly pointed at Robert and whispered, “I can’t afford to offend him.” Then she comforted Anthony, “Be good, baby. I’ll hold you when we get home. For now, listen to Daddy, okay?”

Anthony nodded obediently.

---

“Young Master, it’s time for bed,” Uncle Mark, the butler, said as he approached Anthony.

Anthony clung to Sophia like an octopus, unwilling to go with the butler.

“At night, Anthony and I will sleep together,” Sophia said, looking at Uncle Mark.

“This…” Uncle Mark hesitated and glanced at Robert.

“My son sleeps with you. Who will I sleep with?” Robert’s deep eyes locked onto Sophia.

“You can sleep by yourself,” Sophia replied, but when she saw Robert’s cold expression, she quickly added, “Our bed is big. We can sleep together.”

“I’m worried you’ll move around at night,” Robert said meaningfully.

“No way,” Sophia shook her head. “I sleep very well.”

“Not necessarily.”

“I really do!” Sophia insisted. “It’s important to sleep early and wake up early while growing. Let’s go back to our room and sleep.”

---

In the bedroom, Sophia was about to change into her nightgown when she turned and saw Robert staring at her.

His gaze reminded her of earlier, making her cheeks flush.

“What are you looking at?” She pretended to be calm.

“You look good.” Robert turned and left.

Sophia was stunned, and her face turned even redder.

Anthony was already asleep beside her, but she didn’t turn off the light. She wasn’t sure if Robert would come back to the room, and she didn’t want him to. If he did, she knew she wouldn’t sleep well.

A long time later, Robert finally walked in, wearing a black robe. The slightly open collar revealed his strong chest, and his chiseled face looked exceptionally handsome.

He glanced at Sophia, who was half-lying on the bed. It looked like she had been waiting for him but fell asleep before he arrived.

He bent down, adjusted Anthony’s sleeping position, and then lay beside Sophia. He reached out, wrapped his arm around her waist, and laid her flat.

“Mmm…” Sophia murmured in her sleep, snuggling into his embrace like a kitten.

Robert’s body stiffened, and his breath became unsteady. “You little troublemaker,” he whispered, kissing her soft lips. “You belong to me and no one else.”

---

In the middle of the night, Robert suddenly woke up.

Sophia’s smooth leg was draped over him.

She had fallen asleep with her arm resting on his chest, using him as a pillow.

She was sound asleep.

But he was completely awake.

---

When Sophia woke up, only Anthony was beside her.

It seemed Robert hadn’t returned to the room last night. Otherwise, she would have noticed.

“Good morning, baby.” She rubbed Anthony’s little head.

“Good… morning,” Anthony stammered.

Sophia was happy. After yesterday’s events with Abigail, Anthony had been very sad and hardly spoke.

---

In the dining room, Robert was reading the newspaper when he heard Sophia and Anthony laughing.

He looked up and smiled at them.

Seeing Sophia, he suddenly remembered how she had lost control last night. He raised his hand and tugged at his tie, trying to clear his mind.

Sophia happened to glance over, and as always, Robert’s simple action of loosening his tie looked extremely attractive.

“Master Miller, good morning,” she greeted him.

Robert nodded slightly.

When he had left, she was sleeping soundly.

She had no idea he had held her in his arms all night.

Otherwise, she wouldn’t be so calm.

---

At the Miller Family Group, as Sophia followed Robert’s schedule, many employees looked at her with disdain.

“That’s Sophia, the one who hits people and spills coffee.”

“That’s her, no mistake. She got several managers fired just because she’s the CEO’s secretary. Who knows what she said to President Robert? But even with his support, she’s still a vicious woman. Have you seen the video? She even hit her own mother and forced her to kneel!”

“How could President Robert keep someone like her as his secretary?”

Sophia ignored their disgusted stares, but she was curious.

How did the Miller Family employees know about Abigail’s lies?

“I didn’t expect Sophia to look so decent, but behind the scenes, she’s a mistress who forced the original wife to cut her wrists. She deserves to die.”

“That’s not even the worst part. The worst part is that she had a child out of wedlock. And it’s a monster! Her mother tried to guide her back onto the right path, but she beat her mother half to death and forced her to kneel. How disgusting.”

“It’s truly heartbreaking that a mother’s love is repaid with such cruelty.”

“Does President Robert not know about this? Or is he protecting her?”

“Sophia brings so much bad press to the Miller Family. She should be fired immediately.”

Sophia couldn’t stand listening anymore. Her pretty face turned cold, and she looked at the gossiping employees.

“Where is the—”
