Arsher

He had flashed her a smile but the truth was his inside was in turmoil. He failed to understand how it happened so fast with her. She had just gotten off birth control when they announced their engagement and he thought he had at least a few more months before they had to deal with that but as fate would have it, things were not working in his favor. What brought him to his knees more was the fact that with the woman he loved and cherished it was yet to happen. He had even replaced her birth control pills with fertility ones and somehow it seemed not to be working. It seemed as though the woman he was marrying was quite the breeding type. A small part of him was however very happy with how things were as it gave him bonus points to his mother. He had to prove to the real mastermind that he was capable of taking over the business fully and that he would ensure its perpetuity by providing an heir.Within a moment of him discovering what was going on, she was choking on her own breath and he almost rolled his eyes at how dramatic she seemed in the moment. How was it that the woman had not realized she was pregnant and yet it took him less than five to figure it out? It beat him but he decided not to focus on it. Instead he picked her up as he realized she had passed out and made his way to the hospital. Just because he didn't love her enough, it didn't mean he would let her die under his watch.

He was waiting outside her room when Decota strutted in. He could tell from her steps that she was in no hurry. He had known about their strained relationship but had never even for a moment thought that it would get that far. She seemed as though she was being bothered being there and for a moment he wanted to question it. His attention was however caught by how simple she was. He ample figure was covered in sweat pants and on her feet were Crocs. Her t-shirt was a black graphic tee with a baseball cap on her head. Her face was bare of any make up and she had no bag in hand, just her phone. Arsher had always loved made up women but somehow this one woman made him change his entire opinion. She was way more attractive than all the times he had seen her in a full face of make up. He adjusted himself subtly so as not to draw unnecessary attention but she noticed it and smirked at him. She would be the death of him. He promised himself that he would make her pay one day and filed that note of information away. She walked over to him and gave him a small hug before walking into her sister's hospital room. He was left to his own thoughts and even those made him doubt himself. He was sure he loved his Lora and he knew he liked Robina enough to marry her but what he had started feeling for Decota was something he had not anticipated. Somehow he kept burning for her. He felt as though his insides were literally on fire whenever she was around and when she was not, it was as though all the color was being drained from the world. Whatever it was that he was experiencing, he vowed he would one day get it off his system. One day when time and space would be favorable for him and her.

The sound of his phone ringing broke him out of his fantasy. He didn't bother looking at the caller ID as there was only one person who had that ringtone on his phone. He plastered on a smile just as her voice came through his receiver. How he always ended up missing her when he saw her everyday still beat him but he knew for sure that that was love. He walked a few steps away from his fiance's room before speaking.

"baby how much I've missed you." He commented and genuinely meant it. Even though most of his life for the past couple of years had been a lie, this one had not. He knew that she was the one real thing in his life and he was going to protect that. he vowed that he was going to regardless of what changed. He smiled as she chuckled softly. Her voice sounded like a choir of angels singing by a stream of water. He could listen to it day and night without tiring.

"Then you're going to miss me more with the news I have for you." He could hear the smile in her voice. This woman just had her way with words. He was just about to respond when she laughed and hung up. He still had a smile on his face even as he walked back to his fiance's room. She could hear the sisters conversing and how much Decota thought it was a bad decision for her sister to get pregnant before the wedding. He hated it but he was in support of it for the first time. He did not let it show, and neither did he reveal his presence but sat tight to listen to the sister's speak. From their conversation he could tell that even though it was a bonus, their parents didn't think it was. He was marrying into a religious family while he was almost sacrilegious himself. He had never had regard for anything that he deemed religious. He actually thought that neither did the two girls in the room based on their behaviour but clearly they had grown up differently. He swallowed as frustration threatened to dampen the peace he had felt a few moment earlier. He could hear the girls hatch a plan on what to do but the slight mention of abortion had him raise his voice to carry a contrary opinion. The two girls turned to him as deers held in the light.

"We are not getting rid of my baby Robina so think of something else." He spoke even though his eyes were on Decota, the girl who had actually suggested it. He noticed her roll her eyes slightly as if he was just dreaming up opinions before she just let herself settle into her thinking hat. Somehow he knew that because of the number of times they had interacted from the business perspective. Somehow he felt as though they were yet to interact more. He filed away a notice that he was going to be planning more events in his hotels with her help so he could see her more. He smiled at that note and waited to see what else they would cook. He took his eyes off here for a moment just to look at Robina. A wave of pity hit him as he noticed the worried look on her face. It seemed it was more trouble for her than it was for him. He couldn't help but wonder what kind of parents the two girls had grown up with so as to be that terrified of them even though whatever had happened was out of their control. He walked towards her and held her to himself. Just because she wasn't the love of his life didn't mean he liked seeing her like this. He liked her enough to give her comfort when she needed it. He inhaled the scent of her hair which was a sharp contrast from Lora's scent. Robina smelled rich, like her hair had been bathed in dollar bills but that didn't deter him. He was going to make his Lora just as rich. All he had to do was marry the rich girl. He closed his eyes loving for once how tiny she felt in his arms.

"We'll figure it out honey." He said as he swayed her rocking the worry out of her body, or at least he hoped he was. He cracked open his eyes to see Decota looking at them with a unreadable expression. She flashed him a look when she noticed him look at her before she sighed loudly getting even her sister's attention. Arsher couldn't ignore how great it felt to toy with her emotions knowing fully well that she was as bothered by his presence as much as he was. She politely excused herself just as the doctor came in, giving him leeway to sneak out after her catching her in the corridors. She walked into one of the empty rooms and before she could shut the door he squeezed himself into the room and pinned her to the door. His eyes searched her face as he noted how amused she looked. It was as if she knew he would follow.

"You're so predictable. What do you want?" She asked her smaller hands pushing against his chest and that angered him. He quickly took both her hands and pinned them above her head. He kissed her full lips and his free hand roamed down to her full hips. He squeezed slightly causing her to gasp and allow him more access into her sweet mouth. It felt like the most delectable kiss he had ever had. All of a sudden he felt fifteen again. Before he could lose himself more he pulled away and her body followed him on instinct. He slightly spanked her hips before letting his gaze rest on hers.

"I told you not to test me little bee." He whispered.

"Bee?" She whispered back seeming fascinated by his new nickname.

"Anyone close enough to you is bound to experience the bitter sweet sting." He explained somehow finding a way to be closer to her. His lips shadowed over hers as he spoke. She smelled good, tasted even better.

"You're not afraid." She noted.

"That's why you shouldn't test me." He turned her around so that her covered ass was exposed before bringing his hand down on it with a bit more force than necessary.
