In the shock of the residents of Ottawa, millions of residents from Toronto start spawning throughout the city. The police officers who are alerted by the Canadian Supreme Air Force about the teleportation assist the surprised residents of both cities about the merging. Dustin Rideau, the prime minister of Canada conducts an interview about the sudden disappearance and appearance of Toronto residents. He adds that there is a terrorist attack on Toronto City so an emergency evacuation is being conducted.
"Don't worry, the situation is under control," Prime Minister Dustin Rideau smiles to the camera.
"Mr. Prime Minister, what is currently floating on top of the city of Toronto?", a reporter from Ottawa News Daily asks.
"Is the terrorist attack related to the conspiracy of a possible alien invasion?", a reporter from Flash News Ottawa asks.
"The huge ball of ice floating on top of the city is-" Before the prime minister can finish his sentence, Lieutenant General Probe flies next to him.
"Is a scientific phenomenon due to the cold climate of our country, nothing to be bothered about. The terrorists are already been caught and the bomb has been diffused," LG Probe tells the reporters.
"That's right, and the residents of Toronto will be transported back to their city in just a few moments," Prime Minister Dustin Rideau smiles at the camera.
"Then why are fighter jets shooting missiles at the ball of ice?", the reporter from Ottawa News Daily shows a video uploaded to the social media site called Pecker of a ranger taking a video of the event.
"My people have mistaken it for a threat as well, I already ordered the fighter jets to return," LG Probe replies.
"But our people saw more fighter jets flying to Toronto," the reporter from Ottawa News Daily insists.
"They are going somewhere else, to do some exercises," LG Probe explains.
"For now, let's welcome our fellow Canadians in our city," Prime Minister Dustin opens his arms.
"About the alien invasion conspiracy-" Before the reporter from Flash New Ottawa can finish his sentence, LG Probe shuts him down.
"End of interview," LG Probe interrupts.
The lieutenant general escorts the prime minister away as the prime minister waves to the camera. The two talk privately about the situation inside the Office of the Prime Minister and Privy Council. After realizing the intensity of the situation, the prime minister decides to launch an emergency meeting.
The prime minister and the lieutenant general sit in front of a table in a private room inside the building. After a few minutes, the Minister of National Defence and the Chief of the Defence Staff arrive. The Minister of National Defense passes through the wall using her ability while the Chief of Defence staff flings the door open.
"Whoa, be careful," the prime minister reacts.
Character Introduction: General Liam Walker | 50 Years Old | 3-Star Earth Ranger
Character Introduction: The Honourable Angela Benett | 55 Years Old | 2-Star Air Ranger
"What is the current state of Toronto?", Angela Benett sits down.
"We don't know yet, but Mr. Onzai has teleported every non-ranger from Toronto to here," LG Probe answers.
"Mr. Prime Minister, what are your orders?", Liam Walker sits down.
"I am thinking that we unleash our strongest weapon," Dustin responds.
"Well, except that our strongest weapon is a woman who is currently under house arrest in Nova Scotia," he adds.
"Sending Val U to do a mission while she is under investigation is not a good idea," Liam voices out.
"I'm sorry but I oppose that decision, Mr. Prime Minister," LG Probe says.
"I know Ms. Céline Pelletier allegedly endangered the lives of the Canadian people but she might be our only hope now," the prime minister explains.
"I agree," Angela says.
Everyone stares at the minister of national defence as if she said something controversial.
"I only said two words, why are you looking at me?", Angela utters.
"That's one vote for yes, and two votes for no," Prime Minister Dustin Rideau says.
As the four continue to talk about the situation, weighing down the pros and cons of inviting Canada's strongest ranger to the situation, Mr. Onzai suddenly appears.
"Val U this, Ms. Pelletier that, I have good news and bad news," Mr. Onzai walks and takes a seat.
"Go on," the prime minister commands.
"The good news is that the speed of the snow globe has significantly reduced after the transport," Mr. Onzai summons a cup.
"And the bad news?", the prime minister asks.
"The bad news is that it still hasn't stopped moving," Mr Onzai summons a teapot and pours tea into his cup.
"Can I have some?", Liam asks.
"Sure," Mr. Onzai summons a cup for the general and pours tea on it.
"If it significantly slowed down then there is no need for Val U to be invited to this mission anymore," LG Probe voices out.
"I'm afraid you are right," Angela gives up.
"Well, that's three to none," the prime minister says.
"Well, I guess it's time for me to leave. If Kepler really is an origin ranger then he'll know what to do," Mr. Onzai says before chugging his tea.
"Kepler, huh?", LG Probe whispers.
Mr. Onzai walks out and teleports back to Toronto.

The heroes feel relieved after noticing a drastic change in the snow globe's speed. However, the ice structure is still moving upwards despite not having any innocent life force to power it up.
"What do we do now?", Alice asks.
"It is now moving slowly, which means we have more time to think of a solution," Kepler says.
"And what solution do you think of?", Mr. Onzai suddenly appears and asks Kepler.
"I don't know..." Kepler answers.
"C'mon Kepler, think," Mr. Onzai sits down on the ground.
"Think?", Kepler whispers as he focuses his thoughts on coming up with a solution. When all his thoughts focus on finding out a solution an epiphany strikes his head.
"Water," Kepler mentions.
"Its weakness is water!", Kepler looks at Mr. Onzai.
"That's what I'm talking about," Mr. Onzai smiles.
