HIDDEN CAMERA

Cherry's heart racing, she picked up the note and examined it carefully. The handwriting was unfamiliar, and there was no indication of who might have written it.

She felt a surge of fear and anxiety, wondering how someone could have gotten into her room without her knowing. She thought back to the previous night, trying to remember if she had heard anything unusual.

Just then, there was a knock at the door. It was Liam. "Good morning," he said, his eyes scanning the room. "I saw that you were awake, and I wanted to check on you."

Cherry held out the note, her hand trembling. "I found this on my bedside table," she said.

Liam's expression turned dark and menacing as he read the note. "I'll increase the security measures," he said. "We'll find out who's doing this and put a stop to it."

Cherry nodded, feeling a sense of relief that Liam was taking charge. But she couldn't shake the feeling that she was in grave danger, and that the person behind the notes was getting bolder.

As Cherry rubbed her bump, she felt a surge of protectiveness towards her unborn baby. She was scared, not just for herself, but for the tiny life growing inside her. The thought of anyone trying to harm her baby was unbearable.

Liam noticed her rubbing her bump and his expression softened. He walked over to her and gently placed his hand on her stomach. "Nothing will happen to you or our baby," he said, his voice filled with conviction. "I promise to keep you both safe."

Cherry looked up at him, feeling a sense of gratitude and relief. She knew that Liam would do everything in his power to protect her and their baby. But she couldn't shake off the feeling of unease, the feeling that they were being watched and that the person behind the notes was still out there, waiting for their next move.

Liam's hand on her stomach seemed to calm Cherry's nerves slightly, but she couldn't shake off the feeling of unease. She looked up at Liam, her eyes searching for reassurance.

"What if it's someone close to us?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

Liam's expression turned grim, and he pulled her closer to him. "We'll investigate everyone," he said. "We'll leave no stone unturned. But I need you to promise me something."

"What's that?" Cherry asked, her heart racing.

"I need you to promise me that you'll stay close to me at all times," Liam said. "No more walking around the house alone, no more going to the garden without me. You're not safe until we catch this person."

Cherry nodded, feeling a sense of relief wash over her. She knew that Liam would do everything in his power to keep her and their baby safe. And she was willing to do whatever it took to stay safe.

As the day went on, Cherry stuck close to Liam's side, feeling a sense of security with him by her side. They spent the day reviewing the security footage and interviewing the staff, but so far, they hadn't found any leads on who might be behind the threatening notes.

As the sun began to set, Liam suggested they take a break and have dinner together. Cherry agreed, and they made their way to the dining room.

As they sat down to eat, Cherry couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. She kept looking over her shoulder, expecting to see someone lurking in the shadows.

Liam noticed her nervousness and reached out to take her hand. "Hey, it's okay," he said. "I'm here. Nothing is going to happen to you or our baby."

Cherry smiled weakly, feeling a sense of gratitude towards Liam. She knew he was doing everything he could to keep her safe, and she appreciated his efforts.

Just as they were finishing up dinner, one of the guards burst into the room. "Sir, we've found something," he said, his voice urgent.

Liam's eyes narrowed, and he stood up, his face tense with anticipation. "What is it?" he asked.

The guard hesitated before speaking. "We've found a hidden camera in Mrs. Cherry's room," he said. "It looks like someone has been watching her."
