THE BABY IS MINE

Cherry's eyes widened in shock and horror. "A hidden camera?" she repeated, her voice shaking. "In my room?"

Liam's face turned dark with anger. "Who could have done this?" he growled, his fists clenched.

The guard hesitated before speaking. "We're not sure yet, sir. But we're reviewing the footage now to see if we can identify anyone."

Cherry felt a wave of nausea wash over her. The thought of someone watching her, invading her privacy, made her feel sick to her stomach.

Liam turned to her, his eyes filled with concern. "I'm so sorry, Cherry," he said. "I should have been more vigilant. I promise you, I will find out who did this and they will pay."

Cherry nodded, feeling a sense of gratitude towards Liam. She knew he would do everything in his power to keep her safe.

Just then, the guard spoke up again. "Sir, we've found something else," he said. "A message on the camera. It says... 'You'll never be safe'."

Cherry's eyes widened in terror as she read the message on the camera. "You'll never be safe"? Who could be behind this? And what did they want from her?

Liam's face turned dark with anger, and he slammed his fist on the table. "That's it," he growled. "I've had enough of these games. We're going to find out who's behind this, and we're going to make them pay."

He turned to the guard. "I want you to review every inch of this house," he said. "Every room, every hallway, every corner. I want to know if there are any other cameras, any other hidden dangers. And I want you to do it now."

The guard nodded and rushed off to carry out Liam's orders. Cherry watched him go, feeling a sense of relief that something was finally being done to address the danger she was in.

But as she turned to Liam, she saw the tension in his body, the anger in his eyes. And she knew that this was far from over. Whoever was behind this was still out there, watching and waiting. And Liam was determined to catch them, no matter what it took.

As the guard began to search the house, Liam turned to Cherry and took her hand. "I want you to stay close to me," he said. "Until we find out who's behind this, I don't want you out of my sight."

Cherry nodded, feeling a sense of relief at Liam's protectiveness. She knew that she was safe with him, and that he would do everything in his power to keep her that way.

As they waited for the guard to finish his search, Liam's phone rang. He answered it, listening intently to the person on the other end.

"What is it?" Cherry asked, feeling a sense of unease.

Liam's expression was grim. "It's the guard," he said. "He's found something."

Cherry's heart began to pound. "What is it?" she asked again.

Liam's eyes locked onto hers. "A hidden room," he said. "In the basement. And it looks like someone's been using it recently."

Cherry's eyes widened in shock. "A hidden room?" she repeated. "What's in it?"

Liam's expression was grim. "I don't know yet," he said. "But I'm going to find out. Stay here, I'll go and check it out."

Cherry nodded, feeling a sense of unease. She didn't like the sound of a hidden room, especially one that someone had been using recently.

As Liam headed down to the basement, Cherry couldn't help but wonder what he would find. Was it something innocent, or was it something more sinister?

She paced back and forth in the room, her mind racing with possibilities. Suddenly, she heard footsteps coming from the hallway. It was Liam, and he looked like he had seen something that had shaken him to his core.

"What is it?" Cherry asked, feeling a sense of dread.

Liam's eyes locked onto hers. "You need to see this," he said. "Come with me."

Cherry's heart was racing as she followed Liam down to the basement. She had no idea what she was about to see, but she could tell from Liam's expression that it was something serious.

As they reached the bottom of the stairs, Liam led her to a door that Cherry had never seen before. It was hidden behind a bookshelf, and it looked like it hadn't been used in years.

Liam pushed the door open, revealing a small, dimly lit room. Cherry's eyes adjusted slowly, and she saw that the room was filled with all sorts of strange and ominous objects.

There were newspapers clippings on the wall, all about Cherry and her pregnancy. There were also photos of her, taken without her knowledge or consent.

Cherry's skin crawled as she realized that someone had been stalking her. She felt a wave of fear wash over her, and she turned to Liam, seeking comfort.

But Liam's expression was grim. "There's something else," he said. "Something that makes me think this is more than just a stalker."

Cherry's heart skipped a beat. "What is it?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

Liam hesitated, as if he didn't want to tell her. But then he spoke, his voice low and serious. "There's a message on the wall," he said. "A message that says... 'The baby is mine'."
