Humanity lives under an unseen rule—the Ascension Cycle. A hidden system selects individuals at random, forcing them to complete tasks and gain different abilities as a reward. Anyone who fails a mission assigned by the system will instantly die on the spot.
Ronan Vale wasn’t chosen at random.
Killed on a mission gone wrong, he wakes up with a system unlike any other:
[Evolution Path: Kill to Survive]
[Failure to Execute: Life Force Erosion Begins]
Ronan has only one way to stay alive—which is to obey every mission assigned to him by the system. Unlike others, Ronan evolves after every task, each kill makes him stronger, sharper....but less human.
As he fights to survive, he realizes his system is different. It evolves with him. It whispers to him. And it may not be just a tool—but a living thing.
As war brews between Harbingers—those who embrace the system—and Eradicators, who seek to destroy it, Ronan is caught in the middle. But he has no time for their games.
Because the real question isn’t how to survive.
But what he’ll become in the process. A heartless monster bred only for destruction? he was about to find out.
A:N; will there be romance? umm...NO!
Harem? Never
Killing? YES!
dark triller? YES!
overpowered mc? hundred percent YES!
Well, I find the novel interesting, different systems for different types of people. the system is their own kind, but there are many people who couldn't fulfill the tasks meant for them. I was looking at what happened to his wife and he had a child at the age of 21. The child is very interesting always keeping the readers have a humor side. Writing Quality is very good. Story Development.. As it was starting novel, I can't say much. But stability in updating daily is good. Its just that Ronan is weak and a homely guy who can't even kill a cat in real life has attracted a violent killing system. when the gap in the first and second kill, he didn't show any emotion of his first kill(which I wished I could read). but since you portrayed the system as cold blooded one which doesn't care emotions... it makes sense that his mind and body doesn't react to his own instincts. Was it a demon or his dual dark personality took over him that he was able to kill without blinking an eye? I saw in a novel that the lead has a memory loss but post memory loss, whenever drunk, body strength is multiplied like a demon and would fight with everyone. Ronan seems similar to this. Overall, the story has potential. Keep it Up! 💪
