Six years passed. The Dike family had built a
new life in the United Kingdom.
EddieDike and Lily welcomed their son, Thorndike, a bright and outspoken boy.
"Dad! Mom! Look at my school report," Thorndike beamed. "I'm the best in my class!"
EddieDike and Lily smiled with pride. "We're so proud of you, son."
That evening, EddieDike turned to his wife.
"Lily, it's time to go back to Chuchu Town."
She hesitated. "Are you sure it's the right
time?"
"Yes," he assured her. "Thorndike is five now.
He needs to know where he comes from. I need to rebuild my empire there."
Lily nodded. "Alright. But you should go first
and make sure it's safe before I bring Thorndike."
"Agreed," EddieDike said. "We should tell him
before he starts asking questions."
Just then, Thorndike came running in. "Mom? Dad? I heard my name. Did you call me?"
EddieDike smiled. "Yes, son. I'll be traveling
to a faraway place called Chuchu Town."
Thorndike frowned. "Where's that? I've never
heard of it!"
"That's where your father and I grew up," Lily
explained. "It's a beautiful place. We lived there before moving to the UK, and your dad has a big business there."
"Are we all going?" Thorndike asked eagerly.
"Not yet," his parents replied. "We'll join him
later."
Back to Chuchu Town
EddieDike picked up his phone and called his pilot.
"Captain Waters, are you ready for takeoff?"
"Yes, sir. The jet is waiting at the airport."
"I'll be there shortly," EddieDike said,
grabbing his bag.
Meanwhile, in Chuchu Town, Watson was in his office when his assistant entered.
"Sir, there's someone on the line. He says it's
urgent."
Watson picked up the call.
"Hello? Who am I speaking with?" he asked
cautiously.
A familiar voice laughed on the other end.
"It's me, my dear friend—EddieDike!
I'm coming back!"
Watson's face lit up. "You're serious?! I can't
believe it! We have so much to discuss."
Soon, EddieDike's jet landed at Chuchu Airport.
As he stepped out, Watson and his son, John, were already waiting.
"Uncle EddieDike!" John ran up and hugged him. "Welcome back!"
"My friend!" Watson beamed. "Where's Lily?"
"She and Thorndike will join me soon. But
first, I need to make sure the town is safe."
Watson drove EddieDike to his old home.
As the gates opened, EddieDike's loyal staff rushed out, their faces filled with joy. They had kept his home spotless for six years, hoping for his return.
That night, they celebrated his homecoming.
But as news of EddieDike's return spread, his enemies trembled.
At Skinner's mansion, Jack stormed in.
"Sir, EddieDike is back!"
Skinner's eyes darkened. "Why am I just hearing about this?! I want everything on
him—where he's been, why he came back, and what the police know. Now!"
Jack gulped. "Yes, boss!"
Skinner smirked. "This
town isn't big enough for both of us."
EddieDike had returned—but war was coming.
