Lucy sat on the couch in the sitting room, scrolling through her phone with a mixture of boredom and curiosity. After a quick flight, we arrived at our luxurious home, A warm smile greeted us as we entered the house. "Welcome home, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Langley's" said the housekeeper, a kind-eyed woman named Mrs. Jenkins. "We've been expecting you." Mrs. Jenkins showed me to my room, a beautiful suite with a stunning view of the city. my eyes sparkled as I took in the opulent decor, complete with a four-poster bed, a lavish bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet.

As Liam began to unpack, I couldn't help but feel a little overwhelmed. I had never lived in a house like this before, and I wasn't sure what to make of it all. "Don't worry, my love," Liam said, noticing my unease self. "You'll get used to it in no time. And besides, you'll have plenty of time to explore the house while I'm at the conference this evening".
