Together, we charged at the zombies. I threw the thick book at the first zombie, Min-ji took advantage of the distraction, delivering a swift kick to the zombie's stomach.
The zombie crumpled to the ground, giving us an opening to attack the others. We worked together seamlessly, taking th zombies one by one.
Finally, the zombies lay motionless on the ground, and we were left standing, panting and exhausted.
'I think we might have pushed ourselves too far...'
Min-ji turned to me, a smile on her face. "We did it!" she said, her eyes shining with pride.
We approached the child, who was still crying on the floor. Min-ji knelt down beside the child, gently stroking its hair. "It's okay, baby," she cooed. "We're here to help you."
'Seeing this makes me remember the times where I teached my sister how to use the middle finger...'

"Min-ji, let's part ways. We can't always stay with together and plus, I'm sure we'll meet again." I said.
Min-ji's smile faltered, and she looked up to me with a hint of suprise. "What? Why?" she asked, her voice tinged with disappointed.
I shrugged. "Like I said, we can't always stay together and we don't even know eachother that well. We also have our own paths to follow."
A few minutes passed and Min-ji decided to agree with me, we soon parted ways.
"Stay safe!" she yelled with a small smile.
"You too!"
I went back to the school that I studied in, a few people were still there, hiding from the purple snake from earlier.
I looked up and saw that It was a sunset, it was a beautiful sight. The sky turned pink, orange, and yellow as the sun slowly went down. The colors deepened and became more vibrant, with hints of red and coral.
"Hm, seems like I need to go back to my classroom to stay there for the night or... more." I murmured.
I walked and reached the second floor of the building, I looked at the window of our classroom to see if there was any people and I saw my friends.
Roan, Myrtle, Thimothy and Annaleigh.
'Oh, I didn't expect them to gain that privilege but that's fortunate.'
"Myrtle!" I yelled and she turned around to see me.
"Mia!" I walked inside the classroom and I immediately closed the door because of the possibility of monsters coming in.

"Hm, so you four were all in the same groups in the tower and managed to get the privilege? so lucky… I didn't even know anyone there." I said.
"Well, atleast you survived!" Myrtle replied.
"Anyways, how long have you guys been here?"
"For a few hours, we also gathered some materials during those hours." Roan said with a smile.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, the sky softened into a warm twilight. The stars began to twinkle, and the world was bathed in a gentle, lunar glow.
We told stories about the adventures in the towers, considering that I have a terrible memory and have a hard time remembering names. I only told a few details.
To be continued…
