Chapter 41: "The Weight of Secrets"
As Olivia and Flynn settled into Ayra's room, the atmosphere was thick with unspoken questions. Ayra's siren voice had revealed a deep emotional wound in Eden, and they were all struggling to process what they had just witnessed.
Olivia broke the silence, her voice barely above a whisper. "Ayra, how did you know?" she asked, her eyes locked on Ayra's.
Ayra's expression was guarded, but Olivia could see the faintest glimmer of sadness in her eyes. "I didn't know," Ayra said softly. "But I sensed it. Eden's emotions are... complicated."
Flynn nodded, his eyes thoughtful. "We've known Eden for a long time, but we've never seen him like that before."
Olivia's gaze dropped, her voice barely audible. "I'm just glad he's finally opening up," she said.
Ayra's eyes snapped up, her expression curious. "Do you think he'll be okay?" she asked.
Olivia nodded, a small smile on her face. "I think he'll be fine. He's strong, and he has us to support him."
The room fell silent, each of them lost in their own thoughts. Ayra's gaze was fixed on Olivia, her eyes filled with a newfound understanding.
