Chapter 6 - Upgrade

Shortly after Gwen's arrival, they had dinner. At the table, Gwen assessed the relationship between White Night and Saeko, but the latter behaved very well, without provoking Gwen. White Night, for his part, pretended not to notice the tension.

After dinner, he called the two women and said:

"Gwen, Saeko, as you saw today, the efficiency of the team with only three members is not ideal. I intend to look for more people for the family, so we have a team of at least five members and don't take unnecessary risks in the dungeons."

Gwen and Saeko agreed. That day's dungeon was very tiring for them. The difficulty, which should have been easy for a group of five, became much greater. Despite this, the team completed the dungeon in a very fast time, compared to normal five-person teams.

Their team was already above average, and the chosen dungeon was one of the most difficult in the F category. When telling them his next plans, White Night became more relaxed. He thought that if he could make things easier, why complicate them? The only concern was the house. The current apartment had three bedrooms, enough for two people to share a room, but a team of five would make the space cramped. He would need to look for a larger place.

He asked Gwen to arrange her things in her room, while he took Saeko to her room to update her grace. After the dungeon, the growth would be significant, as the difficulty greatly increased the growth value of grace.

He asked Saeko to lie on her back on the bed. She, as always, without worrying about White Night's heart, took off piece by piece of clothing, revealing her beautiful white skin. The feeling of seduction made his heart beat faster. White Night couldn't help but curse the succubi.

Observing Saeko lying on the bed, he needed to calm down, taking a deep breath. Then, he approached her and gave her a slap on her butt, making her moan. He sat beside her, pricked his finger, and began to update the grace.

Seeing her new stats, Saeko sat on his lap. White Night couldn't resist and laid her on the bed. Soon, moans echoed through the room. He left only two hours later. Saeko was asleep, tired, despite the improvement in stats, due to the day's battles.

Upon returning to the living room and looking for Gwen, he saw that she was taking a shower. He took the opportunity to absorb the dungeon cores. He started with the F-level cores and, as he absorbed them, noticed a limit. No matter how much he absorbed, he couldn't improve his stats beyond F+.

Searching the internet, he discovered the problem: cores have a limit. F and F+ level cores don't allow reaching E level. For that, he would need to consume E-level cores, and so on. For each higher level, he would need cores of higher levels.

He relaxed, realizing that if everyone could get stronger with F-level cores, there would be many superpowers, as low-level cores are very easy to obtain, compared to higher levels.

After separating the E-level cores he dropped from the boss and elite monsters, he began to absorb them. Upon finishing the last one, he felt the power grow within him. He looked at his stats:

He approached, sat beside her, and ran his hand over Gwen's smooth back, making her moan and blush.

He took a drop of blood and dripped it onto Gwen's back.

"White Night, you've done so many things with Saeko, now you're just going to leave me like this?"

Only then did he realize that the rooms didn't have soundproofing and was a little embarrassed to have been caught. Knowing what Gwen wanted from him, he didn't run away, but lay down beside her, approached her face, and gave her a kiss. As time passed, Gwen was already wrapped around him, her robe having fallen to the side, revealing her beautiful body. As things heated up, more and more moans came from the room. Next door, Saeko woke up to the sound of the two and smiled, then went back to sleep, tired.

She already knew this would happen. As a woman, she could see Gwen's love for White Night, and as his family, it was already obvious. Sooner or later, it wouldn't make a difference. She has confidence in herself to know that she can make White Night always like her.

Early in the morning, White Night prepared breakfast for the two women and left it in each of their rooms. He was going to leave to buy the damaged dungeon equipment and sell the rest of the cores. After leaving, he went to the hunters' guild, finished selling the crystals, and went to an attendant and asked for an item catalog. He received a tablet with the main items listed and could also do searches. After almost lunchtime, he chose a Katana-type sword for Saeko and light leather armor that doesn't hinder movements. For Gwen, he prepared another dagger for her to use two daggers and black leather armor for an assassin type. For himself, he got light leather armor and a 1.40-meter double-edged sword, and a dagger for emergencies.

These equipment items weren't expensive; what was more expensive were the basic skill books he chose. Dungeons from level C onwards drop items from monsters and skill books from bosses. He chose 3 skills due to costs, one for each, and his money only had 1,000 core coins left. The three skills are Stealth Skill for Gwen, Light Movement Skill for Saeko, and Light Movement Skill for himself as well. For now, he is following the swordsman line, which is the most economical and easy to increase strength quickly.

After finishing all that, he returned to the apartment. Saeko and Gwen were already preparing lunch. When they saw him returning, they asked him to wait a bit as lunch would be ready soon. After a while watching TV, he saw that it was almost ready, so he set the table. When everyone was eating, he began to tell them what he did in the morning. After lunch, he distributed the equipment and skills. They were very happy with the new equipment and skills. After that, Gwen, who was beside him, asked him to go to her house with her, as her parents were waiting. He knew he had to go. After telling Saeko he would be back, they went to Gwen's apartment.

Arriving there, Gwen's parents were already waiting. Gwen's father knew it would be like this, but he didn't expect it to be so fast; he could only stand to the side, grumpy. Gwen's mother accepted it more calmly; she, as a woman, could understand her daughter more easily. After everyone sat down, Gwen's parents gave them both a lecture, asking them to be careful when doing dungeons and, of course, careful not to have a child before marriage. Gwen could only blush beside him; White Night was also embarrassed beside her. Then, Gwen's mother gave White Night a 10-cubic-meter space ring. White Night initially refused, but Gwen's mother said:

"You can consider this as Gwen's engagement gift. We are already old; now that Gwen has you, we are thinking about retiring from dungeons."

"The couple, like his own parents, had saved a considerable amount of money during their time as hunters. A space ring is a difficult item to acquire, but given their goodwill, he didn't refuse. Seeing White Night accept the ring, the couple was very satisfied, as it signified that he accepted Gwen's feelings. They now hoped that White Night would make their daughter happy. After saying goodbye to Gwen's parents, the two returned to the apartment. As soon as he returned, White Night examined the ring. However, the ring served as an excellent disguise for his ability; attracting too much attention to such rare spatial abilities was unwise."

So, they went to the living room sofa to watch some movies. White Night is going to rest a bit from the apocalypse world and the dungeons; now he needs some time to relax. In any case, when he goes to the next world, time will stop, and he doesn't know if he'll be able to rest at any time there.

After thinking a bit, he told Gwen and Saeko about his ability to go to other worlds because, as more people join the team, Gwen would notice the growing family very quickly since time in the main world stops and he appears with some people.

After that, he explained that he would go to the next world to look for more people. Saeko thought a bit and asked him to send her back to her world in the meantime, because there, even if it takes a while, she can keep improving while he's in another world.

After thinking a bit, he agreed. Gwen, who was curious, asked to go too; she wanted to see what Saeko's world was like. After canceling Saeko's summoning, White Night told Gwen that he would go to Saeko's world to summon her in the zombie world.

After returning to the school, he saw Saeko waiting for him. Since they both left this world, he left time stopped. Now, he was going to another world and let time run in this world. As he uses the ability more, he is gaining control over it.

When Gwen was summoned, she, curiously, went with Saeko through the school, looking at this world different from hers. Since the current world is all hidden, the society is very new to her.

After a while, they both returned and told him that they would hunt zombies to increase their strength while he went to other worlds. White Night agreed; now, with their combined strength, it's very difficult to find any challenge against the zombies.

White Night prepared to go to the new world. He checked if he had everything he needed; after confirming, he activated the ability to cross over. The familiar sensation came again.

When he regained his senses, he found himself on an island surrounded by the sea. Looking at this, he was speechless. Then, he began to search the island to see if there was anyone to find out where he is currently.
