But its power had been reduced by half as it collided viciously into Lucian's chest like a baseball bat against a baseball.
He was sent flying like a bird with broken wings as his chest caved in and his arm chard like that of a well roasted lamb limb with blue lightning crackling from his body. The pain was so blinding he almost blacked out.
But even as he collided with the stone wall, his flesh began to knit together as his rib bones started to connect like a jigsaw puzzle.
The king sensed an opportunity and flashed before him with startling speed, raising its hammer to finish him off before he could fully heal.
A gloating hiss escaped its reptilian throat, yellow eyes gleaming with victory. The hammer, crackling with blue energy, began its downward arc toward Lucian, who was still healing.

The Dragon Soul Devourer suddenly floated and transformed into a ten-meter-long massive crimson dragon phantom that gazed down with its two eyes that shone like two suns at the Lizardman king with disdain.
The king froze in mid-attack, hammer still raised but momentum halted by shock and primordial fear.
Before the king could react, the crimson dragon opened its maw, revealing fangs formed of concentrated energy, and rushed in a flash of crimson blur.
The phantom beast collided with the king with massive force that shook the entire throne room!
The impact released a massive amount of energy. Shockwaves blasted in all directions, directly shattering the stone ground and pulverizing everything within a ten-meter radius.
The walls of the throne room cracked from floor to ceiling, ancient support beams groaning under the force.
Decorative skulls and trophies were reduced to dust in an instant.
The Lizardman King was sent flying backward as if struck by a meteor, its massive form colliding with its bone throne. The impact shattered the bone seat to pieces.
The king's golden scales were scorched black where the phantom dragon had struck, there was even a massive hole the size of a human's head on his chest. The damage too severe for even its formidable regeneration to repair quickly.
Blood, darker and thicker than before, spilled from the king's mouth as its regeneration visibly slowed, then stopped entirely.
The Dragon Soul Devourer, having returned to its spear form, was now embedded deeply in the king's chest.
The weapon pulsed rhythmically, each beat drawing more life force from the king like a vampire. Its golden scales dulled further, turning an ashen gray as vital energy was systematically sucked from its body, drawn through the spear like water through a straw.

A sound of rage, anger, and resentment echoed throughout the entire encampment. It didn't seem expect to die so unexpectedly.
In just a few seconds, the Lizardmen King collapsed backward onto the shattered remains of its throne,
The Lizardmen King, whose strength was incredibly overwhelming that it had ruled this floor for centuries was dead just like that.
Only the war hammer remained, its blue energy fading as the king died.
