Sarah walked into the office on a cool Friday morning. She was going to prove to Alexander that she was more than just a loyal assistant. She was going to show him that she was a woman with desires and needs.
As she approached her desk, she noticed a new face in the office. A tall, dark-haired man with piercing green eyes was standing by the window, talking to Alexander.
While she took her seat, the chair made a squeak sound, which made both men turn to her.
"Morning Sarah, this is Ryder," Alexander said, nodding in her direction. "He's a new business partner."
Sarah smiled as she waved slightly to the young man. "Nice to meet you, Ryder."
Ryder smiled back, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "Likewise, Sarah. I've heard a lot about you."
Sarah raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Oh? What have you heard?"
Ryder chuckled. "Let's just say that Alexander has been singing your praises. He says you're the best assistant he's ever had."
Sarah felt a flush rise to her cheeks. "Well, I try my best," she said, trying to sound modest.
As the day went on, Sarah found herself stealing glances at Ryder. There was something about him that drew her in, something that made her feel like she was melting in his presence.
At around 5 pm, Alexander called a meeting to discuss a new business deal. Sarah took notes as the men discussed the finer points of the deal.
As the meeting wrapped up, Alexander turned to Sarah and said, "Why don't you join us for drinks tonight? We're going to celebrate the new partnership."
Sarah hesitated for a moment before nodding. "Okay, I'd love to."
As they left the office, Ryder fell into step beside her. "So, Sarah, what do you like to drink?" he asked, his voice low and husky.
"I'm a wine girl," she replied, trying to sound casual.
Ryder smiled. "I'll have to remember that."
They arrived at the bar, and Ryder ordered a bottle of wine. As they sipped their drinks, Sarah found herself feeling more and more at ease in Ryder's presence.
Sooner than later, Alexander excused himself to take a call. Ryder turned to Sarah and said, "Want to dance?"
Sarah nodded. She placed her purse gently on the table and walked to Ryder. While they danced, Ryder's body pressed against hers, sending shivers down her spine.
"You're a great dancer," Ryder whispered in her ear.
Sarah smiled. "Thanks," she replied, her voice barely above a whisper.
As the music slowed, Ryder pulled her closer, his lips brushing against her ear. "I want you, Sarah," he whispered.
Sarah felt a rush of desire. "I want you too," she replied, her voice barely audible.
Ryder's lips claimed hers, sending sparks flying through her body. Sarah felt like she was melting in his arms, like she was losing herself in the heat of the moment.
As they broke apart for air, Ryder's eyes locked onto hers. "Let's get out of here," he whispered.
Sarah nodded. She knew that she was playing with fire, but she couldn't help herself. She was drawn to Ryder like a moth to flame.
But little did she know, Alexander was watching her from across the room, a look of desire burning in his eyes. He had been wanting Sarah for a while now, but he had been too afraid to make a move.
Now, as he watched her walk out of the club with Ryder, he knew that he had to act fast. He couldn't let Ryder steal the woman he loved.
The game was on.
When they arrived, Ryder took her hand and led her to the bedroom. They fell onto the bed, their lips locked in a passionate kiss.
As they made love, Sarah felt like she was in a dream. Ryder's body was perfect, his touch sending shivers down her spine.
Afterwards, they lay in bed, holding each other. Ryder's eyes locked onto hers, and Sarah felt a sense of connection that she had never felt before.
"I want to see you again," Ryder whispered.
Sarah smiled, feeling happy. "I want to see you again too," she replied.
As they drifted off to sleep, Sarah knew that she had found someone special. She didn't know what the future held, but she was excited to find out.
The next morning, Sarah woke up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. She got dressed and made her way to the kitchen, where Ryder was waiting with a cup of coffee.
"Good morning," he said, smiling.
Sarah smiled back. "Good morning," she replied.
As they sipped their coffee, Ryder turned to her and said, "I have to go to a meeting today. But I want to see you again tonight."
"I'd like that," she said, "But I'll be leaving soon. I need to be at work by 11."
Ryder smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "I'll pick you up at 7 pm," he said.
