Hell, the possibilities are endless. Combining the reverse curse technique with medical ninjutsu will be brutal. Aside from that, it's paced pretty well, and the protagonist feels so authentic. He's neither too clever nor too dumb, just cunning and focused. He knows how to put aside the revenge bullshit and appreciate his surroundings. Simply a 10.
