The Elite God Hunters Arrive

The calm days in the village were short-lived. After Lang Mo's defeat, Feng Tian could sense that greater threats were approaching.

Early in the morning, while villagers were still busy preparing for their daily work, a strange chill swept through the air. Birds that usually chirped cheerfully suddenly flew away in flocks, as if escaping something terrifying.

Hei Wu, who was cutting wood near the house, immediately raised his head and looked toward the forest outside the village.

"my lord.." Hei Wu muttered seriously, his eyes narrowing.

Inside the house, Feng Tian was calmly making tea. Without even turning his head, he said quietly, "I know. They're coming."

----

On the winding road leading to the village, six figures walked steadily, each radiating terrifying auras. These were the elite God Hunters, famous for hunting and killing even the strongest beings in the land.

At the front, a man with silver hair and sharp eyes walked while swinging a spear with a blade that emitted black lightning.

"So this is the village where a 'God' is said to be hiding?" he muttered, smirking.

Beside him, a woman in red robes licked her lips, her eyes filled with bloodlust. "If he really is a god, his flesh must be delicious."

The others laughed, but their eyes were cold. These were beings who had killed countless creatures, both divine and demonic, without mercy.

"Be careful. We don't know how strong he truly is," said the silver-haired man, though there was a hint of arrogance in his voice.

-----

The villagers soon noticed the arrival of the terrifying group. Their hearts trembled, and some ran to Feng Tian's house to warn him.

"Master Feng! S-some dangerous people are coming! They look stronger than anyone we've ever seen!"

Feng Tian, who was still calmly sipping tea, smiled faintly.

"It's alright. Let them come."

Hei Wu, standing beside him, looked irritated. "my lord.., should I—"

Feng Tian raised his hand gently. "No need. I will greet them myself."

When the six God Hunters arrived at the center of the village, they were greeted by Feng Tian, standing alone, facing them without any fear.

"So, you are Feng Tian?" asked the silver-haired man, smiling coldly.

"I am," Feng Tian replied calmly.

"We've heard a lot about you… A 'god' living quietly among humans. Unfortunately, we can't let that happen," said the woman in red.

Feng Tian tilted his head slightly. "Why? I don't disturb anyone."

The woman laughed. "Because... gods don't belong in the mortal world! Either kneel and surrender your power… or die!"

Feng Tian sighed softly. "You speak like you have the power to take my life."

The God Hunters smirked arrogantly.

"You defeated Lang Mo, yes. But we are not Lang Mo," said a muscular man carrying a massive axe, his eyes filled with killing intent.

"We are the Six Hunters. No one has ever survived after being targeted by us," added another, his body covered with strange tattoos.

-----

Just as they were about to attack, Feng Tian gently placed his teacup down.

"I truly didn't want to fight… but since you insist…"

The sky suddenly darkened. The wind, which had been gentle, now howled violently, and a divine pressure filled the air, so heavy that the entire village seemed to be crushed under it.

The villagers fell to their knees, unable to breathe under the weight of Feng Tian's true aura.

The six God Hunters' expressions instantly changed.

"W-what is this pressure?!" shouted one of them.

"Impossible… No being should have this kind of power!"

The silver-haired leader gritted his teeth. "Don't falter! Attack!"

The woman in red raised her hand, summoning a rain of blood-red spears, and launched them at Feng Tian.

The man with the axe leapt high, swinging down his weapon with all his might.

Lightning, flames, and dark magic filled the air, converging toward Feng Tian.

But—

In one wave of his hand, a golden barrier appeared, disintegrating all attacks instantly as if they were nothing but dust.

The six hunters widened their eyes in shock.

"H-how...?"

Before they could react, Feng Tian flicked his finger, and a wave of invisible force swept out, throwing all six of them dozens of meters away, crashing through trees and rocks.

Feng Tian slowly walked toward them, his calm gaze now filled with a divine sharpness.

"I don't want to kill anyone. But if you insist on disturbing my peace..."

He raised one hand, and the sky cracked slightly, as though space itself could no longer contain his power.

The six hunters, now battered and bloodied, stared in horror.

"This is a power beyond anything we've faced…" the woman in red muttered, her previous arrogance now completely gone.

The silver-haired man, holding his broken spear, gritted his teeth. "W-we underestimated him…"

Feng Tian stood before them.

"Go back. Tell whoever sent you… If anyone else comes after me, they will not leave alive."

His voice was calm, but carried an undeniable finality.

The six hunters, realizing they had no chance, slowly stood and retreated, carrying their wounded pride.

As they left, Hei Wu approached Feng Tian, smirking.

"my lord.., you let them go?"

Feng Tian smiled softly. "Yes. Let them spread the word. Maybe others will think twice before bothering me again."

Hei Wu nodded, then looked toward the sky. "But I fear this is just the beginning…"

Feng Tian followed his gaze to the horizon.

"I know. But let them come. I will protect this peace… no matter what."
