CONTROLLING HALLIE TORRE
Hallie walked down the room, up and down, up and down until the door opened and Gray walked in.
"You are awake?" He said and she gulped, moving backwards.
"She's sleeping." She said, glancing at their mother.
"I know." Gray said, "Are you okay?" He asked,. coming closer.
"Just....talk from there." She raised her hands, stopping him.
"Hallie, this is not right. I'm the only person you can trust." Gray said, touching his chest.
They all lied about your death. They all covered it, Edna. Hallie pushed you and they all hiding this. They are all keeping the secret and now you are in Hallie's body. Her soul and your soul are in here.
"Brother..." Hallie cried and rushed towards Gray, hugging him tightly, her hands wrapped around his waist.
"Calm down, Hallie. You'll be fine. I promise to keep you safe." He patted her slowly.
Edna sniffed. She couldn't control this body. She and Hallie's soul were working and she had no idea how to stop it. She wasn't go to the leave this body. Not until she takes her revenge. Not until then. Edna was no longer alive. She was now Hallie.
She smirked little as she tightened her hold on Gray. "Gray, have the evidence been deleted?" She asked.
"Yes. " Gray said and she bit her lips.
"Do you have it?" She asked.
"Why?" Gray pulled her away from himself to look at her face. "Do you want it?" He asked and she nodded.
"I'll only feel at ease if I destroy it myself." She said and Gray nodded. He removed the flash drive from his pocket and passed it to him.
"Thank you." She said, closing her eyes as she wrapped her hand tightly over the flash. This was proof, enough proof. But Edna wanted more, more proof.
"Can I go home? Brother, I want to go home." Hallie's voice shook as she spoke, her eyes brimming with tears.
"Why are you crying, Hallie?" Gray asked.
"I don't know. I'm just scared." Her body shook and Gray sighed, pulling her into a hug again. Hallie wasn't herself. It was as if she had mixed emotions.
**...**
Hallie walked into her room slowly, her feet being to heavy for her to carry along. She had killed Edna with the hands she was looking at. She had killed someone.
"Wow." Her countenance changed suddenly as she stepped into her room. It was too pinkish for her since she had always loved darker colours. She was going to change the whole room. But how?
"Are you okay?" Gray asked behind her, looking at her worriedly. Hallie had been standing for over two minutes, looking blankly at the room.
"Uhhh. I don't like my room colour." She said.
"What? Hallie, this is your favorite color."
"Well, I don't like pink anymore. I want something black, blue or purple."
"Not even orange?" Gray blinked.
"No, more like Greeyyyy." She smirked.
"That's not funny." Grey pursed his lips, clenching his jaw.
"Like serious, Grey or even Harsh." She said.
"Fine." Gray said and closed the door walking out.
"Wait, Gray." Hallie rushed after him. "Don't change it." She suddenly said and Gray raised a brow.
"Why not?"
"You know what, Gary. Just paint half of the room dark and the other pink." Hallie said and walked into her room.
Okay, Edna! Calm down and think. She said in her head. You are in Hallie's body. You are in Hallie Torre's body. This wasn't what you bargained for but face it girl, you are in Hallie Torre's body!
Hallie held her head tightly and plopped on the soft bed, she almost cursed. The bed was fvcking soft and wonderful.
Get back to thinking, Hallie Torre! No! Edna Young!
She remembered how Hallie pushed her by the shoulder and how she fell down from the window, past the other windows before finally landing on the ground.
The pain hit her allover again, she could feel it spread throughout Hallie's body. How her head split open, how she landed heavily on the ground, how she tried to call for help and no one could hear and lastly Logan's face with eyes as wide as saucers as he stared at her from up there. She died!
She died and her soul went into another's body. Not just anyone, but now her most hated enemy, Hallie Torre. Why Hallie? She would have even appreciated it if she was in Kozette's body instead.
She closed her eyes again and opened it, "Well, if I'm here, it's going to be for vengeance. Hallie Torre, I'm going to borrow your name for a while and cause havoc." She smirked, "Just please, please don't let your soul show up as often." She fell on the bed with a small plop and smirked, an evil smirk that enveloped her face.
**...**
Logan stubbed his foot in the stony ground for a very long time. He was resting halfway on the wall, one leg backed up against the wall, the other hitting the ground repeatedly. He looked deadly but unfortunately deadly endearing.
He looked up at her at that moment and she walked towards him with an unreadable expression on her face.
"Hi." She said plainly as she stared at him. Logan stood up straight, one of his hand remaining in the pocket throughout the process.
"There's a camera following us." He said in a very low voice as he stretched the basket of over loaded fruits towards her.
"Does it look like I care?" She said, indifferently as she yawned boringly.
Logan smirked lightly as he let the fruits fall to the ground.
"Are you planning to stop the act now?" He asked.
"You already dropped the fruit, darling fiancee." Hallie raised a brow, her hand over her chest, "Don't you want to break this engagement?" She asked.
"I've tried talking to my father but he doesn't agree and I'm sure yours wouldn't too." He said.
"How sure are you? I haven't even tried yet." She asked.
"I don't know. But if you can really make it work. Please do. I don't really fancy marrying a murderer. Especially one that isn't remorseful for her sins." He said, clenching his jaws tightly. Hallie stared at him for a long time, her eyes trying to read his expressions but as usual, nothing. Only the day she died, had she seen an expression.
"That's your problem. I'm not also fancying getting married to someone else's betrothed." She said cockily and Logan raised a brow.
"Someone else's?" He said and Hallie bit her lips.
"Just...." She shrugged, waving it away.
"If they are going to be capturing us, I should probably take the fruit inside, right?" She said and immediately picked the fruit basket from the stony ground and rushed, turning to enter inside.
"Edna, keep your mouth shut or else..."
"Hallie!" Logan rushed to her and caught her because she could fall.
"Hallie?" Her eyes lingered for a bit, begins the fruit basket fell and she eventually went unconscious.
Beep. Beep. Beep.
Again.
Edna didn't like the hospital smell and being in the hospital everytime.... isn't something she cherished. She tried to open her eyes, but it was dark and she was getting more submerged into the dark hole.
I'm very weak. I'm very weak. Her eyes closed again, but the physical ones went open almost immediately.
"Hallie!" Helena gasped.
"Mom." Hallie cried out, hugging her mum tightly.
"Are you okay, Hallie?" Gray asked and she nodded her head immediately.
"I'm fine." She muttered and turned to Logan who was sitting on the chair, across her bed, staring at her weirdly.
"What are you doing in my room?" She shot at him immediately.
"Darling, he was the one who brought you in. He has been here for over two hours waiting for you to wake up." Helena said.
"Why? Are you trying to act like an husband? It doesn't fit you." She hissed, rolling her eyes.
"Since you are awake now, I'll take my leave. I don't have time to watch you go mad." Logan scoffed and stood up.
"Mom, I want to change my school." Hallie said and he stopped in his tracks as he turned back immediately.
No.
No!
No!
B*tch! Hallie, don't change that school. We are staying there for life! Till I get my fvcking vengeance. Edna tried to resurface but she was being dragged back down by the endless abyss. Shit! No!
"I want to change my school. I don't want to go back to Phoenix Academy. I'm so scared."
"Don't think if you change your school I'm going to follow you. I'm staying in Phoenix Academy." Logan said.
"Any school I wish to go, you are going to follow me. Forget the fact that your uncle owns Phoenix Academy. If I change my school, you are going with me." Hallie said stubbornly.
"No, I won't. You can't tell me what to fvcking do." Logan fisted his hands angrily.
"I agree with Logan. He can't change schools just because you want him to." Gray said.
"Your sister is just too dumb." Logan added.
"Besides, Hallie. You can't change schools." Gray said.
"What do you mean? I want to change my schools." Hallie said adamantly.
"It's better for you to stay at Phoenix. That way you can keep an eye on the others. Marlo and the rest are fvcking scared and they can rat us out at anytime. You have to keep them close and changing schools won't do that." Gray explained.
"You are right, Gray. We shouldn't let them know what happened."
Logan looked up at Hallie who just spoke. Hallie he knew would never agree at such a blink. She would fight till she was given what she wanted.
"I'll keep on going to Phoenix. And I won't talk about changing my school again." Fvck you Hallie, I'm taking over this body for now. Edna smirked as she stared at everyone through Hallie's eyes.
"I'll have to keep them at bay." She smirked widely.
