Chapter 27- change

Red Moon Pack, the top floor of the Warehouse Club.

A man gazed out the window with a calm expression. He wore a white casual outfit, his hands tucked into his pockets. His slightly tousled short hair was a pleasant flaxen color. Despite his quiet demeanor, there was an unmistakable aura of coldness surrounding him.

He looked down upon the nightscape of Red Moon Pack. From here, he could see most of the neon lights from the casinos below. As he watched the flickering signs, the corners of his lips lifted into a faint, emotionless smile.

After a long while, the man suddenly spoke in a soft voice, his gaze fixed on a particular spot. "Let's start with you..."

His voice was melodious, carrying an air of elegance, yet it held no warmth, much like the smile at the corners of his lips. His gaze, however, suggested that the "Flank Gambling City" was in his sights.
