Kai turned to Thor. "But that custom doesn't exist here. While you're on Earth, you can't do that again."
Thor, no longer confused, looked at him curiously. "Kai, how do you even know this?"
Jane groaned, covering her face. "Great, now you're encouraging him."
Tony and Coulson, on the other hand, nodded in sudden realization after Kai's explanation.
Seeing their reactions, Jane looked even more frustrated. "Wait—you actually believe him?"
Kai smirked. "Jane, did it ever occur to you to ask why we believe him? Including Tony Stark?"
Jane opened her mouth, but no words came out. She hadn't considered that.
Without waiting for her response, Kai turned to Thor. "Now that you're on Earth, don't you want to retrieve your weapon first?"
Thor's eyes lit up. "Kai, you know where my hammer is?"
"Of course."
Before Kai could say more, Thor was already grabbing his arm, eager to leave.
Meanwhile, Jane was still stuck on the earlier revelation. "Wait, you mean he's actually the God of Thunder?"
Kai sighed. 'Thor is dragging me to find his hammer, and Jane is still questioning reality.'
Tony and Coulson stepped in to calm Thor down, convincing him to at least finish his meal before rushing off.
Once everyone was ready, Kai led them out of the restaurant—and with a flick of his hand, they teleported to the crash site.
Thor blinked in surprise as they emerged from the portal. "Whoa. I didn't expect you to use space magic. I thought you were just a warrior!"
Kai ignored him. "Look ahead."
Following Kai's direction, Thor spotted Mjolnir in the center of a massive crater.
Without hesitation, Thor jumped down, his heart pounding.
Kai watched with amusement. 'If all of Thor's power comes from the hammer, does that make him the God of Thunder—or just its wielder?'
Thor had barely taken a few steps when the sky darkened, thick clouds rolling in. Lightning flickered in the distance.
Jane and the others, witnessing this unnatural phenomenon, slowly started believing.
Maybe… Thor was telling the truth.
Thor stepped forward, grasped Mjolnir's handle—and pulled.
Nothing.
He gritted his teeth, trying again, but the hammer didn't budge.
Confusion turned to horror.
"No… Father! How could you do this to me?" Thor shouted at the sky, his voice filled with anguish.
Tony and Coulson exchanged looks, unsure what was happening.
Kai, however, remained calm. He turned to Coulson. "Find a place for him to stay."
Coulson nodded, giving instructions to his team.
Thor, too devastated to resist, was escorted away.
He couldn't understand. Why had Odin done this?
Meanwhile, Jane and her friends prepared to leave. This time, Coulson sent someone to accompany them—he had agreed to purchase Jane's research in exchange for funding her work.
Once they were gone, Tony turned to Kai. "Alright, what just happened?"
Kai smirked. "Remember what I said about Odin's enchantment?"
Coulson recalled the words. "'Whosoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor.'"
Tony raised an eyebrow. "You actually memorized that?"
Coulson shrugged. "Professional habit."
Kai continued. "Thor can't lift the hammer because he doesn't meet the conditions. Odin sent him to Earth to grow, to mature. Only when he proves himself worthy will he regain his power."
Tony and Coulson exchanged looks.
"So basically," Tony said, "this is all just one big 'tough love' lesson from dear old dad?"
Kai chuckled. "Pretty much."
Tony scoffed. "Man, rich kids really *do* have it easy. Even their 'hardships' come with a pre-planned redemption arc."
Coulson nodded. "Must be nice."
As they prepared to check on Thor, Jane had already started digging through historical records, cross-referencing everything she could.
Finally, after compiling all the evidence, she turned to Erik and Darcy.
"Look… he really is Thor."
Erik hesitated but couldn't argue against the overwhelming evidence. In the end, he simply sighed.
"Alright," he muttered, "let's go back to the base."
