Entering the house, Kai and his friends found Thor sitting in a chair with lifeless eyes. It was obvious that he was still immersed in the "fact" that Odin had abandoned him, unable to extricate himself.
At this time, Kai said, "Thor, are you going to give up and return to Asgard?"
Thor said nothing and didn't respond.
Kai could only keep provoking him with words, trying to get Thor to speak.
While Kai was trying, Coulson was outside the door, reporting what happened here to Nick Fury. After all, this was about the prince of the interstellar race Asgard. If anything happened, it would likely cause big problems.
Nick Fury heard Coulson's detailed report on the phone, then asked Coulson to hand the phone to Kai. He wanted to have a good talk with him about Asgard.
Coulson called Kai out, then handed him the phone, motioning for him to answer.
Kai looked at the phone, seeing Nick Fury on the other end. He couldn't understand why Fury would look for him now.
So, Kai prepared to listen to what he had to say.
"Kai, I know we have had some unpleasant experiences, but now an alien race is involved. I hope you can really protect the Earth as you said, and I hope you can work with S.H.I.E.L.D. to resolve this incident."
After hearing that, Kai suddenly laughed. Just when he was about to answer, he suddenly turned his head and looked into the room, then said, "I don't need you to teach me, so don't worry about it."
Then, Kai hung up the phone.
While Kai was outside, Thor suddenly saw through the glass that his brother, Loki, had also come to Earth and was looking for him.
Thor was surprised. "Loki, why are you here?"
Loki spoke in a heavy tone. "I had to come and see you."
Thor was stunned. "What happened? Is it because of Jotunheim? Let me explain to Father."
Loki followed up, "Father has passed away."
"What?" Thor looked at Loki in disbelief, unable to accept the news.
"Your expulsion and the coming war were too much for him to bear..."
Just as Loki was about to continue deceiving Thor with his prepared story, he suddenly heard the sound of the door opening.
Loki immediately turned invisible, hiding himself. But Thor remained in his chair, shaken by the news that Odin was dead.
Kai pushed the door open and walked in, immediately noticing that Thor looked even more devastated than before.
Kai stared at Thor for a moment. Meanwhile, Loki, still invisible, was also observing Kai.
Suddenly, Kai turned around and swung his fist, space energy crackling around it. He struck Loki directly, knocking him out of his invisibility.
Loki never expected that the earthling in front of him could see through his magic so easily. The energy from Kai's fist acted directly on him, sending him flying.
Thor saw Kai's action, then saw Loki lying on the ground. He immediately shouted, "Kai, stop it! He's Loki, my brother!"
Kai slowly pulled up a chair, placed it in front of Thor, and sat down. "Okay, stop calling him Thor. I know he's Loki."
Thor hesitated, confused by Kai's words. "Then why did you attack him?"
At the same time, Tony and Coulson, hearing Thor's shouting, pushed the door open and walked in. Tony asked, "Kai, what happened?"
Kai answered Thor first. "The reason I did this was to teach Loki a lesson. He shouldn't play tricks in front of me. I can see through his lies and magic."
Then, Kai looked toward the left corner of the room and continued speaking—to the empty air.
"But it seems like your brother Loki still hasn't learned."
After saying that, Kai smirked. Blue energy began gathering in his hands again as he prepared to strike.
Tony and Coulson, still unsure what was going on, watched with confusion. But then, their eyes widened in shock.
The light in the corner flickered—and suddenly, Loki's form appeared, standing there in an embarrassed state. It was clear that Kai's earlier punch had affected him more than he wanted to admit.
Thor was shocked at how easily Kai had exposed Loki. After all, he had lived with Loki for years and still struggled to tell the difference between his magic and his real body.
At the same time, Thor noticed something strange—Loki was lying on the floor, yet now he was also standing in the corner.
A moment later, the figure on the floor slowly faded away.
Tony, now seeing everything clearly, raised an eyebrow and asked, "Hey, Kai, I was only gone for a few minutes. What the hell happened?"
Kai sat back in his chair and explained. "First, let me introduce this guy." He gestured toward Loki. "This is Odin's son, Thor's younger brother, Loki. He was obviously worried about his brother's condition, so he secretly came to Earth to visit."
Then, Kai turned to Loki, his gaze sharp. "But, Loki, your purpose isn't just that, is it?"
Kai leaned forward slightly. "You didn't just come here to see Thor. You also tried to deceive him with half-truths, making him believe everything was his fault. Unfortunately for you, with me here, that plan is going to fail."
"What? Loki! Tell me, what is true?" Thor demanded, his trust in his brother shaken.
Kai crossed his arms and answered instead. "Alright, Thor, let me tell you. Your father, Odin, has indeed fallen into the Odinsleep—but he's not dead. And as for the rest? Your mother blaming you? That's nonsense. Those are all lies Loki told you."
Thor turned back to Loki, his expression filled with anger and hurt. "Is this true, Loki?"
