A lookout

 Squeaks.

A camera captures Lucas and the others returning to the pool to get their backpacks and hears them talking.

 - I forgot my backpack," said Lucas.

The place was very close to the pool, and the camera catches Julia talking.

 - We have to go soon before someone takes our stuff, then you and I are screwed, it's Dad's balls.

Then the camera stops as they arrive at the entrance to the pool, and in the freme, x's appear on the faces of Yuri, Ana and Julia.

There are also humanoid figures around Lucas.

In the background, there are several screams of agony from various people.

The bell rings, and everyone in the school leaves the room, but Lucas stays there, and watching his friends leave, he thinks as he picks up his cell phone to fiddle with it.

"This is already strange, normally I'd see some figures in the window, but now, nothing, maybe it's something good and I'm just paranoid."

However, he pretends that nothing is happening, but realizes that someone is watching him.

"Well, maybe it's not healthy to worry about not feeling like you're being watched, but I'm really relieved about it."

So he looks around very discreetly and realizes that there is a person outside the room.

"When it's not shadows, it's people, but at least in the case of people, I can confront them, and it's better to do it now than later."

So he gets up from his chair, stashes his cell phone in his shelter pants pocket, and walks over to the person.

The person is startled when he suddenly sees Lucas in front of him, causing him to fall to the ground.

 - Are you all right? - Lucas asks, suspicious of the situation.

Then the person turns out to be a girl with glasses.

Her hair was curly and black, her skin white with blue eyes, she looked friendly and was wearing her school uniform.

However, as shy as she is, she ends up being startled by Lucas, to which she replies.

 - It was nothing.

Lucas helps her up by holding her hand.

 - Were you stalking me?

 She's embarrassed.

 - No! Me, and... I just wanted to talk to you about something.

 - Really? So what is it? - He asks, having aroused a certain curiosity.

 - Your mom's a cop, right? So I'd like to know her contact details.

He quickly thinks about this question.

 "Why am I not surprised?"

Lucas looks around and pulls her into the room.

 - Come with me.

After closing the door, he asks her in a whisper.

 - How do you know my mother is a policewoman?

 She whispers back.

 - I'd been suspecting it for a while, and when your mother came to look for you, I noticed the badge hidden under her shirt, it was showing at a glance,

 He quickly thought.

"Even if she's noticed it, there's no way of knowing if everyone has, so I can't keep telling her about it, my mother will kill me if she finds out I've been spreading the word."

 He continues with his questions.

 - Okay, but why do you want her contact details?

 She replies a little nervously.

 - It's just that I think I have information that could help in the case of the dead policemen who appeared on TV.

 - Okay, but why are you coming to ask me for her contact details, when you can just go to the police station? - He asks, looking more suspicious.

 She starts to stutter.

 - It's just, it's just, it's just,....

So she stops and takes a deep breath, and tries to answer while remaining calm.

 - Can you keep a secret?

 He thinks quickly.

 "It depends."

 But she answers.

 - Yes.

 - It's just that my family is involved in smuggling schemes, and they don't want me to talk to the police, they'd fight me if they knew I went to talk to your mother. - He whispers.

 He analyzes.

"From the way she spoke, she seemed to be scared to death of reprisals from her own family, um, it sounds convincing."

After some thought, Lucas speaks quietly.

 - Do you have a pen and paper with you?

 She replies, remaining fiercely calm.

 - N... No.

He then pulls out a blank sheet of paper from his notebook and takes out his black pen, so Lucas writes down the number as he speaks.

 - I thought you at least had a pen, but that's okay.

Meanwhile, Ana arrives at the classroom where the two of them are, opens the door and, faced with the situation, thinks as she enters the room.

"I wonder if he's got a new friend, that would be good news for Julia, though."

 But he arrives grumbling.

 - What the hell! Where's my kit?!

Hearing Ana grumble, Lucas hands her the sheet with the number written on it and comments.

 - Here's the number.

However, before she can say thank you, he interrupts her.

 - Hey Lucas! Do you know where my case is?

 - I didn't see anything, maybe it's Yuri playing a prank again. - She replies calmly.

She immediately looks into the girl's eyes.

 - Who's that I've never seen?

 - She just came to ask me something.

 Suspicious, Ana asks again.

 - Are you two friends?

 - Out of the blue, why does it matter?

Ana replies, pretending not to be interested.

 - Nothing, I just wanted to know.

Lucas takes a breath and speaks after hearing this.

 - No, we've only just met.

She thinks briefly when she hears this answer.

 "Damn!"

Seeing that the conversation was going nowhere, Ana leaves the room, a little angry.

 - Well, I'm leaving, I'm going to see if that bastard Yuri has taken my case, if he has, he'll just see.

But at the door, she stops and comments to the girl in a serious tone.

 - Hey, if you're stalking Lucas, he'll see it with me.

So she leaves, and with a certain amount of fear she asks her while she's also leaving.

 - And... I'm going too, and... Is she capable of doing any harm?

 Lucas says calmly.

 - That depends.

 - Sorry! - As he hurries off to his office.

But then he comes back and says briefly before leaving for good.

 - I almost forgot, my name is Jessica.

As soon as Jessica has gone for good, leaving him alone again, but it doesn't matter, he snuggles down in his chair and goes back to fiddling with his cell phone while he reflects.

"Every single thing that happens to me."

In the corridor on her way back to her office, Jessica stares at the paper as she thinks.

 "I can't make a mistake now, otherwise I won't survive."

Then she hears a macabre laugh, at which she speaks.

 - You won't survive the night!

 She went on thinking.

"Yes, I will, there's only one thing left to do."

The bell rings and everyone leaves with their backpacks or puts their things in their backpacks.

Lucas is already on his way out of the building after saying goodbye to Yuri and Ana.

"Now I'm thinking, what does she have to help her mother's investigation, maybe I'll find out the next time she comes to see me, maybe I'll ask her about it, regarding her parents, I'm not going to say anything, I'm not capable of telling her and I don't want it to get back to me, also at least today I'm not seeing any figures around me, maybe what Tel told me to do is having some effect, what happened to Tel? He hasn't said anything so far."

 Somewhere in Lucas' mind.

Tel is running down a corridor in desperation. He reaches a room, and at the press of a button on the wall, thick steel bars come down and block the passage.

 - It's been a long time since I've been in this place.

Suddenly something collides with the bars of another entrance. The tremendous noise startles Tel, who looks around for a switch.

 - Where is it, where is it?

When he finds it, he immediately turns on the light in the place, which turns out to be an abandoned office. A little sadly, he speaks as he hears more loud knocks on the bars at the entrance.

 - There used to be a lot of joy in this place, those were the good times.

He looks at the place, the fallen chairs, the crumbling desks, various dirty papers on the floor, the light barely working at all.

Even in the face of this nostalgic place, he's not shaken.

 - What happened all this time?

The knocking stops and then the stalker laughs a macabre laugh and approaching the little light that illuminated the entrance blocked by the bars, he says in his distorted, horrifying voice.

 - Locking you in a cell for ten years was the best thing that ever happened to the agent.

Tel looked towards the entrance and saw that it was The Being, smiling creepily, his psychopathic gaze indicating that it was a diversion for him.

 - What have you done here?

The Being replies, holding back his laughter.

 - Let's just say we've done it to our liking.

 He continues.

 - If you're looking for a report to help you, it won't do any good, we've destroyed all the documents relevant to us in this place.

Tel smiles a little as he knocks over a bookcase that was hiding a secret stop.

 - Is that so?

The Being stops smiling and asks in confusion.

 - What is this passage? I don't remember there being such a thing.

So Tel goes through the passage, which turns out to be a large ventilation duct.

 - Don't tell me, I'm not stupid.

Then The Being gets angry and shouts.

 - You're lucky that kid locked you in first!

After passing through the duct he ends up in a place that turns out to be a single office room, also abandoned, but the place is just dusty, and looking at the whole place.

 - This place will have to do.

 Like this at night.

Lucas was going to his room while thinking.

"Well, now a good night's sleep would come in handy."

But as he opened the door to his room, in the blink of an eye he saw another being.

It had human hands, its arms had exposed metal bones, its muscles were visible with no skin covering it, it was contracting non-stop, its head was half bald man and half mechanical, its jaw was dislocated and drooping, the rest was some organs showing and also some mechanical parts.

Fortunately for him, the creature disappeared in the blink of an eye, but he reflected as he fell asleep in bed.

"What kind of ugly creature was that?"

Lucas was trying to sleep until he heard a voice in his ear, practically whispering.

 - Remember me.

 He opens his eyes immediately.

 "What's it like?"

His fright made him look around carefully, but he saw nothing, so he went back to sleep with some trepidation.

Then, in his dream, he hears a sound coming from the ventilation shaft, and realizes where he is, in an apparently restored office.

"I have the slight impression that I've been here before, but I can't remember when."

Having come out of the vent in the left-hand wall, he sees a large glass panel at the front of the room, separating the outside from the inside of the office, the bookshelves were bare of any books, the computer apparently restored and improved, the light illuminating the room well, with his wooden desk and chair having been restored.

However, there was a large picture in the background, showing a family photo, but there was a tear in one corner, it was someone he no longer remembered.

"What was his name again? One of the only things I remember is the feeling of extreme guilt and his word."

So Lucas goes over to the computer.

"Maybe this computer can help me."

When he turned on the computer, he realized that all the programs had password-restricted access, but he didn't have a password to access them; the only program that didn't have a password was a camera surveillance system.

"What a thing! Everything there has a password, at least one doesn't."

When he accesses the program, he realizes that there are several rooms around him, but something worries him when he sees the cameras.

The glass in front of him is the only way out of the place apart from the ventilation duct where he had arrived.

"Anything, just run for the ventilation again."

And on the cameras he sees The Being walking around, but covered in burn marks, looking for him in the dark room that appears to be the children's playroom.

Confused at seeing the creature like this, he asks himself.

"But what happened to that thing?

To his amazement, The Being looks up at the camera that was watching him from above, and suddenly the screen goes black with an error message.

Lucas despairs at the uncertainty of the Being's location.

"Not that one! Where is he?

So he began to check the cameras, and when he did, he found him on a camera in a room near where he had left.

 He was a little relieved.

"There he is, a little more relieved now, but if he's there, who knows, maybe the others are coming after me too."

Then he checks again, and is startled to see a being that looks like a centipede also covered in burn marks, but something makes him stay alive and desperate for something.

However, the worst thing was that the room he was in, which appears to be a school cafeteria, is not far from his room.

 "Oh no!"
