Lucas was walking down the street in his parents' winter clothes, he was a smiling child, the intense cold of the south didn't hinder his day, the frost had already melted.
- I can't believe today is the day.
Julia was accompanying him and also said in a cheerful tone.
- Neither can I, let's hope it lasts all day!
Her father, even though he was wearing heavy cold clothes, still felt cold, and holding back the demonstration of this, he commented happily.
- I assure you, your mother and I saved enough money last year to do it all in one day.
Happy to see them smiling, Emily also commented happily.
- Yeah, I hope you like it.
Lucas blinks and realizes that it was a memory in the middle of his dream.
"Why out of the blue?"
Still coming to his senses, he looks ahead and is startled to see a being that looks like a burnt centipede watching him through the glass.
The moment it sees him, it breaks in front of him and bursts into the room looking for him.
Desperate, Lucas tries to run.
"Not that one!"
In an attempt not to get caught, he grabs one of the bookshelves and knocks it over to slow him down, so with a brief opportunity to escape, he runs out of the room and into the darkness.
Running without seeing anything in front of him, Lucas soon bumps into something that causes him to fall to the ground.
Unable to get up in time, the floor collapses, and as he gets up, he realizes that he's in a different place again, a corridor somewhere made of wood.
However, there was someone there, and he turned to see who had fallen behind him.
The flashing lights in the corridor went out just as he saw him. Desperate and unable to see anything, he tried to run away in the darkness.
"Damn it! Damn it!"
Meanwhile, he feels a large hand grab him and lift him up.
Then he sees a big mouth and glowing eyes, but it's the face of a terrible creature and in a distorted voice it speaks, looking into Luke's eyes.
- Do you remember me?
"I don't know who you are!" - Lucas thought, trying to get loose.
Faced with this answer, the huge creature bites him in the stomach.
He screams in pain.
The creature rips his stomach open and blood starts to flow out, some of his organs fall out, like half of his large intestine.
He agonizes even more, but...
He opens his eyes, but it was a dream.
"Is it still night?"
His room was normal, he looked around and saw nothing.
"So it was a nightmare."
However, as he goes back to sleep, in the darkness of his room there is a macabre smile from the creature that killed him in that dream.
The alarm clock rings.
Lucas gets up, wondering as he deactivates the alarm.
"What the hell was that creature?"
Suddenly he hears the phone.
- What creature?
Lucas, surprised by the Tel's sudden response, asks.
"So you finally show up, where were you? That time I was caught by a big bug in that dream, after that centipede-like thing invaded the room I was in."
- Okay, but was there anything else about this bug?
Already in the process of getting ready for school, Lucas continues the conversation, very confused by the mysterious creature he saw during his dream.
"Yes, I think it had eyes like mini headlights and apparently it's a tall creature."
Tel then gets scared.
- Not that one.
"What do you mean, not that one? Do you even know what it is?"
Seeing his affront, Tel says fearfully.
- Maybe it's the Primordial.
"So he's kind of the first of these bastards?" - He asks confusedly.
- I think so, I only knew his name from the one you managed to kill in the past, but even I can't remember how you did it.
He's surprised and starts demanding more explanations.
"Wait a minute! When did I do that? I don't even remember."
Tel tries to think if it could really be the Primordial.
- It happened just before you trapped me in the confines of your mind.
Lucas, already walking to school with Julia, ends up talking without realizing it.
- So I have to try to remember that.
Julia is surprised at what she has just heard from her brother and asks him.
- Hey, are you talking to nothing?
He realizes that he has just spoken aloud, and immediately tries to justify his sudden response to something.
- It was nothing, I was just thinking about something.
Worried about what it might be, she speaks.
- I know, but if there's anything, just let me know.
A little angry that his sister suspected something, he tells her.
- Really, it was nothing.
She smiles a little.
- Hey, hey, no need to get angry.
But her expression soon returns to normal.
"Could it be that he's so crazy that he's hallucinating people and talking to them?"
And so the two of them continued walking to school, Lucas reflecting as they went.
"Now I'm thinking, why did Mom go out at three o'clock in the morning?"
3:00
On the dark, dimly lit road, two police cars are heading to a location and between them, Emily is driving along with Eduardo.
- What could have happened to them? - she asks in a slightly angry tone.
- I don't know, something serious must be going on to call in reinforcements.
She's worried about losing more of her colleagues.
- They may already be dead, but I hope they're alive.
A voice echoes from the communicator attached to the car's radio.
- Attention! Turn right and follow the dirt road until you reach the nearest wooden house.
Eduardo picks up the communicator, as there is a wire connecting it to the car.
- That's right, we're nearing the dirt road.
- All right, let me know immediately.
As he finishes, Emily comments a little seriously.
- I hope they're all right, the last time there was a request for reinforcements was when Gustavo and Alberto died, but unlike the one we only heard about from the journalists, they managed to send the distress message.
- I really hope so.
Arriving at the dirt road, Eduardo announces over the communicator.
- We're now on the dirt road mentioned, now we're going straight to the site.
- Okay then, before you get out of the car remember to turn on the cameras in your vests.
- Okay, see you later.
Eduardo comments a little worriedly.
- Well, now just follow the road. We'll stop at the first wooden house.
Still in the same way, she says
- Okay.
However, it didn't take long to find the house, which was in total darkness, there being no houses near it.
Emily then turns on the flashlight and camera in her vest, gets out of the car after parking in front of it and draws her pistol and goes into the house.
- Okay, anything else, try to aim for the head or back off.
A little happily, Eduardo thinks as he follows her.
"I can finally use my gun!"
The other policemen go after them, so she goes to the front porch of the house, which seems to be quite sophisticated. When she gets there, the door is open, and it looks like it's been broken into.
"They probably did it, but where are they? Normally they'd already be outside waiting for us or hiding in the surrounding area."
With her pistol in one hand and her flashlight in the other, Emily goes forward.
- Police! Everyone surrenders immediately!
However, they soon hear the sound of gunshots, and then the policemen they were looking for shout.
- Run! Run!
- Single file, and everyone on the lookout for any suspicious sounds. - Emily says as she hears these shouts.
The sounds of gunshots continue and as she enters the living room, everything is upside down, a sofa is upside down, a television is smashed on the floor, a bookcase is destroyed and a lamp on the floor is broken.
She walks attentively and speaks to the others behind her.
- The sound is coming from further ahead, watch out.
They all move further forward, where the kitchen of the house is.
However, they soon hear the sound of agony from the two of them and then see one of the policemen they were looking for being thrown back.
- Rodrigo!
He is soon pierced through the stomach by a large, metallic, organic arm.
Everyone is startled by what they've just seen.
The policeman starts spitting blood, Emily quickly shoots at the mysterious arm, but nothing affects the creature, which leaves the house with a bang.
They go up to him and ask him the same question.
- Where's your partner?
He replies, pointing in front of him.
Eduardo looks behind him and comments as he shines his light where he had pointed.
- Ma'am, I don't think he's doing very well.
His body lay in the sink, with a large gash running from the beginning of his chest to his abdomen. The cut was so deep that you could see his heart giving its last throbs.
Horrified at what they saw, Emily shouted an order.
- Hurry! Call two ambulances now!
A policeman who was with her called the ambulance on the communicator, so Emily tried to stop the bleeding while she ordered.
- See if there's anything you can do with Carlos.
Eduardo goes over to the body and realizes that his exposed heart has stopped beating.
- He's dead, ma'am, there's nothing you can do, his heart has stopped. - He replies, shocked and sad.
She is still trying to stop the bleeding and speaks seriously.
- So stay here with me to help me, and you two stay outside to see when the ambulances arrive.
But she thinks.
"What was that thing?!"
Hours later

A security camera in a backyard starts to interfere.
But in the middle of it, it captures a hideous creature walking around the place, which jumped over the wall.
The creature had a metal head, that's the only thing it captured, the rest the camera doesn't capture perfectly, so it's blurry.
However, it does pick up a static voice saying something about the creature, also with interference.
- Home, home.
Suddenly there is a sound of metal being hit, the camera falls to the ground.
Black screen.
End of transmission.
Lucas arrives at school, fearful that they will torment him even more.
"As soon as I approached the school, the figures began to appear, standing still and smiling at me."
On his way into the school, Lucas soon sees Ana arriving, talking cheerfully.
- Hey Lucas! How are you?
However, he heard a highly scandalous macabre laugh.
But it was only in his head, so with a lot of effort he managed to hold in his shock and said.
- I'm fine, how are you?
The moment she hears him say that he's fine, she thinks quickly.
"Bullshit, there's something wrong."
And comments.
- Me too
Yuri, who was talking to other people, looks behind him to see that Lucas is talking to Ana, and goes over to them.
- Hey, how about we play volleyball again at that recreational club?
Ana asks him.
- It's because you want a rematch with Julia, isn't it?
Keeping a smile on his face, he says as he reaches them.
- That's right, Lucas and I almost won.
- You're really competitive, aren't you? - Lucas asks.
- Yeah, I like that, so I always have the motivation to improve.
A little miffed at having been interrupted earlier, Ana comments with the intention of interrupting him too.
- Okay, but then I'm going to train a bit more to make sure it's a massacre against you.
Lucas then thinks that he doesn't want to know any more details.
"Well, I guess I'll be going now, it's almost time to ring the entrance bell."
Just like that.
- Well then, I'm going to the room to secure my place.
Yuri is confused by Lucas's repeated attitude and comments, watching him walk away.
- Okay?
Seeing Lucas walking into the classroom, Ana says to Yuri.
-You're right, there is something going on with him.
- Then there are two of us, let's hope it's nothing serious.
On the way, Lucas reflects.
"So far I've done nothing but try to recover the memories of that day, I have to do something more concrete than that!"
Meanwhile, he runs into Jessica in the corridor.
- Hi, what's up?
But when he sees her, Lucas sees THE BEING behind her, with no eyes and a macabre smile, as well as its head making sudden movements without stopping.
He's startled, as it's the first time he's seen something like this.
Jessica notices this and asks after seeing him almost fall over from fright.
- What's wrong? Out of nowhere he gets scared.
When he answers, he sees her with her eyes cut out and blood dripping from her eye sockets.
- It's nothing. - Lucas replies, trying to hold back his frightened expression.
He walks away, holding back his fear.
- There's no time to talk now, I have to secure my seat.
But as he tries to think, he hears a macabre voice.
- We're coming, hahaha.
"But what?
