Dinner at Grims hall

"Oh thank goodness you are awake, I thought I almost lost you for a second. But here you are awake and well, and just in time too, let's go get dinner."

The girl, Quinn, spoke some many words that it was hard for Elizabeth to keep up with, but what she did here was dinner and dinner meant food, and from the grumbling of her stomach she knew it was way past time to eat.

She got up to a sitting position on the bed, her eyes landing on Quinn as she floated around the room, talking faster than a bullet, and doing soo much it was hard for her to keep up with.

"Oh an by the way, I just want to sincerely apologize for my brothers behavior, he isn't always like that, he was just in a bad mood." She came to a halt in front of Elizabeth, her face grim even as she tried to hide it behind a smile.

Elizabeth snorted, "So you are saying he doesn't usually smack people in the face with wooden doors?" She questioned her voice dry.

Quinn let out a little giggle, tension leaving her shoulders as she walked over to the rest by the far edge of the room and poured some water into a cup.

"No he can be that way sometimes, it's just, he isn't that way all the time." She mumbled handing the cup to Elizabeth who took it happily and nearly drained it with one gulp.

"I'm hoping this doesn't affect us as roommates, maybe we can start over?" The girl questioned hands in front of hrlike an anxious child.

"Sure."

They left the room a few minutes later than expected, because Quinn insisted on helping her cover up the little bruise on her face.

She had to say tho, the girl was magic with makeup, she could hardly see a thing by the time she was done.

Together they made their way to the dinning hall, get mixed together with others that were just as eager to eat.

Quinn talked and she listened, Quinn had also taken it upon her self to call her Liz, because Elizabeth was a mouth full.

The dinning hall looked like a ballroom from the outside and on the inside it looked like it was made to cater for kings and queens.

The silverware, wasn't silverware, it was gold, the students were eating with pure gold cutlery, and the chandeliers weren't any different, all gold plated with white table cloth.

And in front of the room, where servers dressed in white with gold designs, they were nice and polite and bowed to each student they served, including her and Quinn.

Elizyfoind that strange, but before she could common it, Quinn had collected her tray of food and was on her way to the sitting area.

It felt like she had stepped into the room for Gods.

On one side of the hall, were individual tables where groups sat and on the other side were three long dining tables.

"That's where the freshmen sit." Quinn said pointing at the long dinning tables. Her eye showing just how happy she was to be here.

"Come on let's go snag a seat." Quinn squealed pulling her towards the dinning tables, their trays nearly slipping from their hands.
