The story is good so far I very curious about how the MC will improve. It's hard to imagine science surpassing tailed beasts. Will he go mad scientist route? Implanting Himself with powerful shinobi or the alien clan genes?
This story has potential. I interested in how will the mc build infrastructure and power up. Is the mc a reincarnated scientist? Hidden rain is neglected is most stories. I hope mc will make hidden rain powerful.
