Now that she was able to convince her mother that Ruan Zhang can take care of such small matters like this, the tragedy from her past won't repeat itself hopefully, at least not if her uncle devises a new plan to trap her.

The guy looked irritated and restless as he ruffled his hair, entering the hospital room with a loud noise of opening the door, taking long strides and heavy steps.

The middle-aged nurse didn't seem happy as she scolded the young guy without any reservation, leaving him stunned beyond words.

"This… I…" The guy was stuttering as he felt a loss of words.

Hearing the voice of the guy, Ruan Ji tried to take a peek at him by lifting her head a little, but the attending nurse pressed her forehead down back to the pillow as she said, "Don't move around when I'm taking measurements, little girl. Your health comes first before that rude little boy. Who is he, your family?"

The guy froze when he heard the nurse mention him. He didn't expect to fall into such a situation upon his arrival.

Ruan Ji went silent for a while before she spoke up, "This is my family's Fourth Young Master. He is a benevolent young lord, so he came to take a look at me out of kindness."

Ruan Ji already guessed what he was thinking at this moment just by the look in his eyes. Although she was disappointed and hurt by them over and over again, Ruan Ji didn't really blame those guys.
